For international flight arrivals, we include up to 2 hours of wait time after

Hotels and Residences 🏨
For hotel or private-address pickups, we offer a 15-minute grace period
after the scheduled time.
PortMiami 🚢
For PortMiami pickups, we include up to 30 minutes of wait time after the
agreed time.
Items Not Included in the Base Rate 📝
The rate does not feature driver gratuity, food, beverages, parking
fees, route detours, third-party services, or multiple pickup points
on the same reservation.
If you require an extra stop or a route change, let our
team know in advance so we can check availability and any extra cost.
Payment & Booking Confirmation 💳
Deposit to Confirm the Service 🔐
To secure your reservation, we request a 50% deposit. The
remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of service.
Payment Methods 💰
We accept Zelle, international bank wires on request,
and credit or debit card payments through a secure link. Card payments
may include a 4% processing fee.
How Disembarkation Morning Unfolds 🚢
Leaving a ship is a sequence, not a single moment: you are called off, you collect your bags in the terminal hall, and you clear customs before you ever reach the pickup region. Passengers who book their car for the hour the ship docks end up standing in a queue while a driver waits outside. Offer us the ship name and the disembarkation group you have been assigned, and the pickup is set for when you are realistically through the doors rather than when the gangway opens.

For SUV service outside the hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, a
$20 surcharge applies per trip.
Night Surcharge for Van 🚐
For van service outside the hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, a
10% surcharge applies on top of the trip price.
Child Car Seats 👶
The first child car seat for children under 5 is complimentary.
Additional seats can be requested for $15 each.
Cancellation Policy 🔁
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a
full refund.
Miami Tours Before or After Your Cruise 🌴
If you reach early or have free time after disembarking, we also offer
private hourly tours departing from PortMiami. You can visit
neighborhoods like Little Havana, Wynwood, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell,
Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and other attractions.
We can also organize stops for shopping, museums, sports arenas, and
local attractions, with secure luggage storage during the
tour.
