Payment Methods and Terms

To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit is required — payable
by secure payment link or Zelle. The remaining balance is paid in
cash on the day of service.

Add-ons and Special Conditions

For SUV service with 1 to 5 passengers, performed outside the hours of
7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, there is a surcharge of $20 USD per group.

The first child car seat for children under 5 is complimentary.
Extra seats are $20 USD each.

For van service with 6 to 14 passengers, performed outside the hours of
7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, a night surcharge of 10%
applies on top of the trip price.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a
full refund.

Important Information

The service does not feature unscheduled stops, meals, beverages, services
for third parties, or driver gratuity. Gratuity is optional but is
typically appreciated in the United States.

Yes, we accept bookings from clients in any country. We accept international payments and handle all communication with passengers via WhatsApp and email.

⏳ Can I request a last-minute transfer?

No. We work exclusively with advance reservations. We recommend booking at least four hours ahead, since same-day availability is subject to confirmation.

🔐 Is a deposit required to confirm the reservation?

Yes. To secure your booking, we request an advance payment of 50% for reservations under $199 USD and 30% for reservations of $200 USD or more.

💵 Can I pay the full amount in cash on arrival?

No. To confirm your booking and secure the vehicle, you need to send a 50% deposit through our payment link or via Zelle. The remaining balance can be paid in cash directly to the driver on the day of service.

🚗 Is the service available only for airport pickups?

No. We also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, residences, and other private addresses, depending on the client’s needs.

🚖 What types of vehicles are available for the transfer?

Our fleet includes SUV XLs for smaller groups, vans with capacity for 12 or 14 passengers, and executive buses for events or large groups, accommodating 40 to 54 people.

🎉 Do you offer transportation for events and special occasions?

Yes. We provide transportation services for weddings, corporate events, conferences, private celebrations, and VIP service. For these requests, our team prepares a custom quote tailored to the needs of the event.

📶 Do the vehicles include Wi-Fi or charging ports?

Some vehicles offer Wi-Fi and USB ports. If these features are essential for your trip, let our team know when you book so we can check availability and assign the most suitable option.

👥 Will the transfer be shared with people outside my group?

No. All our services are private. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating with other passengers.

✈️ What happens if my flight is delayed, changed, or canceled?

Our team monitors flights in real time so we can adjust your pickup time whenever needed. For delays or changes to your arrival, we’ll adapt the service at no extra charge.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet inside the airport terminal?

We typically use curbside pickup at the arrivals area for a faster, simpler meeting. Just text us your exit gate number and the driver will head to that spot within a few minutes.

If you’d prefer personalized service with meet-and-greet inside the terminal and a sign with your name, that can be arranged for an additional US$ 20.

🚘 How will I know which driver is assigned to my transfer?

The day before your service, our team will send all the information needed for pickup, including the driver’s name, vehicle model, license plate, and detailed instructions about the meeting spot in the arrivals area.

📞 What should I do if I can't reach the driver right away?

Don’t worry. As soon as your flight lands, our team will send you a message to guide the pickup. If we don’t get a reply in time, the driver will head to the international arrivals hall as the default meeting point. Just wait there and our team will find you. Your transfer is still confirmed.

⏱ How much wait time is included in the service?

• Domestic flight arrivals: up to 60 minutes after landing
• International arrivals: up to 120 minutes of complimentary wait time
• Hotel or residence pickups: 15-minute grace period
• Port and cruise terminal pickups: up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time

⏳ What happens if it takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

This kind of situation is uncommon, since the service already includes up to two hours of complimentary wait time for international arrivals. If you remain in the airport beyond that, the reservation may be considered a no-show.

If you need more time, you can request additional wait time at US$ 30 per 30-minute block, paid in cash directly to the driver.

👜 Will the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers are happy to assist with loading and unloading your luggage during the service.

📦 Can I bring extra luggage or oversized items?

The standard capacity is one large suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. If you need to bring additional bags or special items — such as musical instruments, strollers, mobility equipment, or oversized luggage — we recommend letting our team know in advance so we can plan the best arrangement. Depending on the quantity or size of the items, an additional charge may apply.

🐾 Are pets allowed during the transfer?

Yes. Small pets can travel with you, as long as they’re in an appropriate, secure carrier. We just ask that you let us know at the time of booking.

👶 Does the service include child car seats?

Yes. We provide one free child car seat for children up to five years old. If you need an additional seat, please request it in advance; there’s an extra charge of US$ 15 per additional seat.

🥤 Is eating or drinking allowed inside the vehicle?

To keep the vehicle clean and comfortable, we ask that no food be consumed during the ride. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed inside the vehicle.

🚧 Can a quick stop be added during the trip?

The standard fare covers direct transportation with no extra stops. However, if you need a brief stop close to the route, let us know in advance so we can check availability. Depending on the additional time needed, a small extra charge may apply.

🕒 Can I change the transfer time after confirming the reservation?

Yes. Changes can be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability at the new requested time.

💲 Are there any extra costs beyond the quoted price?

There are no hidden charges. The amount confirmed at booking is the price of the service. Driver gratuity is optional and at the passenger’s discretion.
