No. We operate exclusively by prior reservation. We require at least 4 hours’ notice, and same-day availability is not guaranteed.

🔐 Can I book with a deposit?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit for services under $199 USD, and 30% for services over $200 USD.

💵 Can I pay in cash upon arrival?

No. We don’t dispatch vehicles without a confirmed reservation. A deposit of at least 50% via secure payment link or Zelle transfer is required. The balance can then be paid in cash on the day of service.

💲 Do I need to pay any additional charges?

No. The price we quote is the final amount. The only thing not included is the driver’s tip, which is optional but greatly appreciated.
