Leave the pickup authorization at the gatehouse the day before — the passenger name, the approximate hour, and a note that a private vehicle is expected — and give us the building or house number rather than only the community name. Written authorization left in advance is what keeps a pre-dawn departure from starting with a phone call to a sleeping resident.

To secure the service, we request a 50% deposit, payable by
secure payment link or Zelle.
Remaining Balance 💵
The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the trip, directly at
the time of service.
Special Conditions 🌙
Night Surcharge for SUV 🚙
For SUV service with 1 to 5 passengers, outside the hours of
7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, a surcharge of $20 applies.
Night Surcharge for Van 🚐
For van service with 6 to 14 passengers, outside the hours of
7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, a surcharge of 10% applies on
top of the trip price.
Cancellation Policy 🔁
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a
full refund.

The same WhatsApp thread you booked on stays open through the night window. If you come down early, if the group is delayed, or if you simply want to know whether the vehicle is already outside, write on that thread rather than starting a new conversation somewhere else — it goes to the person driving, and it is answered without waking an office that is closed until morning.
