From $625 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place Hotel covers 153.8 miles (247.6 km) in about 2.5 hours by chauffeured black SUV, at a flat rate. Your bilingual driver runs the full Florida’s Turnpike corridor door to door, so you settle in and reach rested.
Each fare below is per vehicle and locked the moment you book — the whole group rides for one price, with no surge for traffic or demand.
Where a hotel shares a waterfront block with shops, restaurants and public parking, the guest entrance is rarely the busiest door on the street. Tell us at booking which entrance your reservation points you to, and if you are arriving on an evening when something is on along the water, say so — the driver approaches from the quieter side rather than joining the queue at the main frontage.
The most relaxing way is a private chauffeured SUV or van reserved for your group alone. You pick the vehicle by headcount — a black SUV for up to 5 travelers, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for 6 to 9, or a larger Sprinter for 10 to 14 — and one driver stays with you for the whole Florida’s Turnpike run. There is no rental counter, no parking, and no tolls to fumble at the booth. One brief optional comfort stop for a restroom or a snack is welcome on the long drive; just tell the driver, and it never changes your flat fare.
Your driver meets you at the agreed Orlando-area address — a hotel lobby, a private home, or a terminal curb — loads the luggage, and drives straight to the South Florida door. The same vehicle and the same chauffeur stay with you the whole way, so there are no transfers, no waiting for a second car, and no shared seats with strangers.
Message us on WhatsApp with your date, pickup address, drop-off, passenger count, and bag count. We confirm the vehicle and a flat per-vehicle rate in writing, take a 50% deposit to hold the date, and send your driver’s details ahead of the trip. The remaining balance is settled with the driver on the day.
One dedicated vehicle and one bilingual driver carry your group the whole 153.8-mile journey — never a swap, never a shared seat. The driver speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese, so directions, unique stops, and last-minute changes are simple to arrange. Your rate is fixed at booking, which means a packed-out theme-park weekend or a rush-hour departure costs exactly what you agreed — the meter never moves with demand. Families and groups journey with the room to spread out, and luggage is handled at both doors. Direct WhatsApp contact keeps you connected to the same person from the first message to drop-off, instead of a faceless dispatch queue.
The cabin is climate-controlled and reserved for your party, with onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot. Children can nap, parents can plan the day, and the seating leaves space for carry-ons rather than packing them on laps. A single calm comfort stop breaks up the run whenever you need it.
The drive takes about 2.5 hours door to door across 153.8 miles. Off-peak — mid-morning or early afternoon on a normal weekday — the Florida’s Turnpike run flows close to that 2.5-hour mark. Rush hours around the larger metro areas, park-event days, and main holiday weekends can stretch it longer, since traffic builds at the turnpike’s busier interchanges. Because your fare is flat, a slower day never costs more; the price you booked stands whatever the road does. If your schedule is tight — say you desire to reach the South Florida waterfront for a dinner reservation — share the target arrival time when you book and we set the pickup early enough to absorb normal delays. The same planning works in reverse for the journey back up to the Orlando area.
Traffic can add time, but it never adds cost. Peak commuting windows and big holiday travel days move slower through the turnpike’s busy stretches. We build a buffer into the pickup time for tight schedules, so a packed road does not put your reservation or park morning at risk.
The hotel anchors Harbourside Place, a walkable waterfront district in Jupiter built around a marina, riverside promenade, restaurants, shops, and a live-event amphitheater. It is a relaxed South Florida coastal setting — boats coming and going, open-air dining by the water, and simple access to neighboring beaches and the Intracoastal. After the energy of the Orlando parks, it reads as a calmer, breezier counterpoint. You can confirm room details and amenities on the Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place Hotel official site, or check the property’s guest FAQ for arrival and check-in specifics before your driver pulls up.
The property sits within Jupiter’s waterfront and marina district, close to the town’s beaches and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is a coastal, boating-oriented part of South Florida rather than a downtown core, which makes drop-off and pickup straightforward for a private vehicle arriving from the turnpike.
Within walking distance you will find waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and the amphitheater’s open-air events, with the marina and riverwalk steps away. Beaches and boat outings sit close by. It is an easy area to enjoy on foot once your chauffeur has handled the long drive and dropped you at the door.
Every fare covers the full door-to-door drive in a private vehicle, a bilingual driver, and onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are all built into the rate, so the Florida Turnpike charges are handled for you — nothing to tap or top up at a booth. The one brief optional comfort stop is included too. What is included is the transportation itself; we drive you there, and we do not sell theme-park tickets or hotel rooms.
A few specifics are confirmed when you book. The first child seat is free for a child under 5; each additional seat carries a small extra fee, settled at booking. Small pets are welcome with advance WhatsApp notice and a pet carrier. Departures outside daytime hours carry the after-hours rate shown below. Everything is agreed up front — no surprise add-ons on the road.
Payment is simple and agreed before the journey.
Three private vehicle tiers cover the route, all reserved for your party alone. The black SUV is the default for up to 5 passengers with their luggage. For mid-sized groups, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van seats 6 to 9 with room for bags. Larger families and teams take the bigger Sprinter for 10 to 14. Each option is a private vehicle with a dedicated driver — never a shared or pooled ride. Tell us your headcount and bag count and we match the right size.
A group of 6 to 9 fits the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van comfortably, while 10 to 14 travelers take the larger Sprinter. Both keep everyone together in one vehicle for the whole drive, with luggage space alongside the seats — no splitting the party across two cars.
Each passenger travels with 1 checked bag plus 1 carry-on as typical, and the vehicle is sized to your headcount so the bags ride with you, not on your knees. Carrying extra or oversized bags? Message us on WhatsApp in advance and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger van.
A chauffeured arrival ends the moment the bags are out: the vehicle pulls away, so no one in the group hunts for a space, feeds a garage machine, or works out where the car sleeps for a week by the water. The northbound leg works the same way in reverse.
Yes — early pickups are routine for park-day schedules. Share your target time and we set the pickup early enough to clear the Orlando-area roads and the turnpike with a buffer. Pickups inside daytime hours, 7 AM to 6 PM, carry no surcharge; an earlier pre-dawn departure carries the after-hours rate listed below.
The fare is per vehicle, never per person. Your whole group rides for the one flat rate shown in the rates section above, whether that is the SUV or a van. Adding passengers within the vehicle’s capacity does not raise the price, and a round journey is merely double the one-way fare.
Small pets are welcome with advance notice. Send us a WhatsApp message when you book so the driver expects them, and bring a pet carrier for the ride. There is no change to the flat fare for a small pet traveling in its carrier alongside the family.
You stay in direct WhatsApp contact from booking through drop-off. Before the journey we send your driver’s name and details, and you can message about timing, the meeting point, or a last-minute change at any point. It is the same dedicated person the whole way — no dispatch queue or anonymous app handoff.
We pick up at any Orlando-area address you offer us, including airport terminals. Tell us the terminal and flight, or merely the hotel or private residence, and your driver meets you there to load up and head south. The same door-to-door service works in reverse from the Wyndham Grand Jupiter back to your Orlando-area destination.
Daytime pickups between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips that depart outside that window add a modest after-hours amount, confirmed when you book.
A more coordinated, premium service end to end — flat fare, named driver, one dedicated private driver for the entire Orlando-to-South-Florida drive — at a significantly lower total cost than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

For the journey back up to Orlando, the easiest anchor is the property checkout hour. Offer us that time and the collection is set close to it, so the group is not sitting in a lobby with luggage for half a morning. If you desire a later start, keep the bags with the concierge desk you have already arranged and we collect when you say.
Send your date, pickup address, drop-off, passenger count, and bag count over WhatsApp or email, and we confirm the vehicle and flat rate the same day. A 50% deposit holds your date, driver, and vehicle for the journey to or from Orlando and Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place Hotel — then settle back and let your chauffeur handle the road.

Transfers that start outside that area (Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, Orlando and beyond) are paid in full in advance. Hourly chauffeur bookings always have the 50% deposit option.
Yes — when the 50% deposit option applies, the remaining balance is paid directly to your driver on the day of service, in cash or by card. Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting for US$ 50 per 30 minutes (paid directly to the driver), but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
Unscheduled stops aren’t included in the base rate. Planned stops are welcome when you add them at booking (or arrange them with us in advance): each stop is priced by time at US$ 50 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum, then by the minute at that same rate.
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger, a child seat) can be changed until 12 hours before the ride, depending on availability — write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — additional child seats, planned stops, the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
