From $735 per vehicle — a private transfer between Orlando and West Volusia — DeLand, Deltona, Orange City, DeBary and the communities along the St. Johns River — runs about 40 to 45 miles up I-4, roughly 52 minutes to Deltona and just over an hour to downtown DeLand from Orlando International Airport, in a chauffeured Black SUV or climate-controlled van at a flat rate. One dedicated driver, door to door, from any Orlando-region address.
The rate is flat and per vehicle to any West Volusia community, locked the moment you book — pick the size that fits your group and the whole party rides for one price.
Orange City’s Blue Spring State Park is Florida’s largest winter manatee refuge, and from mid-November through March its mornings fill speedy — the park counted a record 932 manatees on a single January day in 2024, and since July 15, 2026 every day-utilize visitor needs an advance reservation, bookable up to 60 days out. Book the car and the park together. Late January brings the Blue Spring Manatee Festival in Orange City, and DeLand’s Fall Festival of the Arts takes over Woodland Boulevard on November 22–23, 2026 with 160-plus juried artists — on those weekends, lock your pickup early and anticipate the downtown streets to be full.
The simplest way is a private door-to-door transfer in a dedicated SUV or Sprinter van. Tell us your group size and we match the vehicle: a Black SUV holds up to five travelers with luggage, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes six to nine, and the larger Sprinter seats ten to fourteen. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed Orlando-region address — a theme-park resort lobby, a vacation home, or the MCO arrivals curb — loads the bags, and drives straight to your West Volusia door, whether that is a house in Deltona, a boutique hotel in downtown DeLand, or the gates of Blue Spring in Orange City. It runs just as well in reverse: West Volusia families ride to the parks, the airport, or a cruise departure without touching a shuttle schedule. Booking takes one message on WhatsApp: send the date, the pickup time, the address, and the passenger count, and we confirm the vehicle and the flat fare in writing before you journey.
The fare is fixed at booking with no surge for traffic, demand, or the hour you leave. Your chauffeur is bilingual — English plus Spanish or Portuguese — so directions, drop-off points, and last-minute changes are easy to sort on the road. One vehicle and one driver stay with your group for the full run, so there is no handoff and no shared seating with strangers. Luggage is part of the plan, not an afterthought: each traveler brings a checked bag and a carry-on, and we size up the vehicle in advance if your party hauls extra or oversized bags. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, so kids can stream and adults can stay reachable. You reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the journey — a real person, not a queue — which keeps a Blue Spring manatee morning or a Stetson family weekend peaceful and predictable from the first pickup to the final door.
From Orlando International Airport, plan on roughly 52 minutes to Deltona and about 1 hour 7 minutes to downtown DeLand in normal off-peak conditions, riding I-4 East for the bulk of the run. Times shift with the calendar: ordinary weekday mid-mornings hold close to those marks, while holiday weekends and the heavy Friday and Sunday windows on I-4 can stretch the journey, since the corridor fills with resort and beach traffic heading the same way. Because the rate is locked per vehicle, extra time on a hectic day never changes what you pay — the meter does not move with the clock. If you have a park reservation at Blue Spring, a river-cruise departure, or a dinner booking in DeLand, share the time when you reserve and we set the pickup with a sensible buffer.
West Volusia calls itself “Old Florida, New Vibe,” and DeLand — “the Athens of Florida” — is its hub: an award-winning Mediterranean-Revival downtown with a 14-mural trail, nine museums, boutiques, Stetson University, Florida’s oldest private college, and the 1886 Stetson Mansion. Orange City’s Blue Spring State Park shelters wintering manatees in a constant 72°F spring, DeLeon Springs State Park serves cook-your-own pancakes at the Old Sugar Mill inside the park, Cassadaga is a historic spiritualist village, Hontoon Island State Park sits in the St. Johns River behind a free daily ferry, Gemini Springs Park in DeBary is free to enter, and Skydive DeLand has anchored the town’s airport since 1982. The region’s own guide to all 14 communities lives at visitwestvolusia.com.
Fourteen communities share the region: DeLand is the county seat and cultural hub, Deltona is Volusia County’s largest and fastest-growing city, Orange City is the Blue Spring gateway, DeBary pairs a SunRail station with Gemini Springs, and Cassadaga is the historic spiritualist village — with Lake Helen, Enterprise, Osteen, DeLeon Springs, Barberville, Pierson, Seville, Astor and Glenwood rounding out the map. We drive to every one of them at the same flat rate.
Downtown DeLand keeps the 1924 Artisan Downtown boutique hotel plus a Courtyard by Marriott, a Hampton Inn & Suites and a Holiday Inn Express, while the Hampton Inn DeBary and the Holiday Inn Express Orange City–Deltona cover the I-4 side near Blue Spring. At the table: Cress Restaurant is DeLand’s nationally awarded farm-to-table dining room, Hunters & Gatherers cooks scratch-made plates with craft cocktails on Rich Avenue, BakeChop Kitchen Co. handles the from-scratch bakery side, Boston Coffeehouse pours downtown’s coffee, and the Old Sugar Mill Pancake House in DeLeon Springs lets you griddle your own breakfast inside a state park.
Three private vehicle tiers cover this route, and the right one comes down to headcount and bags. The Black SUV is the typical choice for couples, small families, and parties of up to five, with room for everyday luggage. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van seats six to nine and suits a larger family or a group of friends traveling with car seats and roller bags. The bigger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes ten to fourteen, the pick for multi-family parties or a full crew heading to a festival weekend or a family reunion on the river. Every tier is private and reserved for your group alone — no pooling, no extra stops for strangers. If you are between sizes or carrying extra or oversized bags, send the numbers on WhatsApp and we size the vehicle up so nothing rides on a lap.
The flat fare covers the full door-to-door drive in your private vehicle with a bilingual chauffeur, and the road costs come built in.
Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are all included across the I-4 corridor, so there is nothing to fumble at a booth and no surprise add-on at the end. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot. Each passenger brings one checked bag plus one carry-on as standard, and the first child seat for a child under five is included at no charge.
A few situations carry an extra confirmed at booking. Each additional child seat beyond the first has a small added fee, set when you reserve. Departures outside the 7 AM to 6 PM daytime window carry the night surcharge below. Small pets are welcome with advance WhatsApp notice and a pet carrier, and extra or oversized bags are arranged in advance so we hold space or size up the van.
Paying is swift and the terms are set before you journey.
Daytime hours run 7 AM to 6 PM with no surcharge; trips outside that window carry a modest upscale that depends on the vehicle.
Anywhere in the Orlando region: a resort or hotel lobby, a vacation-home driveway, or the arrivals curb at Orlando International — send your flight number and the driver times the pickup to the landing. Heading the other way, the driver pulls up at your West Volusia address at the agreed time, helps load, and rolls straight onto I-4. The day before your trip we send the driver’s name, vehicle model, and plate over WhatsApp so you know exactly who is coming.
Yes. The same private SUVs and Sprinters connect West Volusia onward — Daytona Beach is 25 miles east of DeLand on US-92, Orlando Sanford International sits just across the St. Johns, and we run door-to-door to Port Canaveral or PortMiami for cruise days. SunRail’s northern stations at DeBary and DeLand also sit minutes from most of the region if part of your group rides the train. Tell us the full itinerary and we quote each leg flat, in writing.
Reserve Blue Spring’s day-utilize slot as soon as your dates firm up — the window opens 60 days out and manatee-season mornings go rapidly. Aim mid-November through March if the manatees are the point of the trip, pad your schedule on festival weekends, and message your pickup address and headcount the night before so the driver rolls in already briefed. For a DeLand evening, book dinner ahead — the downtown fills on event nights.

If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
