From $600 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Soho Beach House Hotel covers 238.4 miles (383.7 km) in about 4.1 hours of chauffeured door-to-door driving, in a Black SUV or premium van at a flat rate. The route runs down Florida’s Turnpike toward Miami Beach, with one dedicated bilingual driver the whole way.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person, so the whole group rides for one locked price chosen by vehicle size.
From late spring into September, an afternoon storm cell can sit over the highway for a stretch, drop a wall of rain, and clear as suddenly as it came. I do not race through it — I ease off, keep a long gap to the car ahead, and let it pass. Nothing about the booking changes when the weather does: same vehicle, same fare, same door at the far end. If you are watching the radar on your phone and feeling nervous, ask me what I am seeing on the road.
The simplest way is a private door-to-door transfer in one reserved vehicle for the full 238.4-mile run. You pick the vehicle to match the group: a Black SUV for up to 5 travelers, a private Sprinter van for 6 to 9, or a larger private van for 10 to 14. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed Orlando-region address — a resort lobby, a vacation rental, or a private home — loads the bags, and drives straight down Florida’s Turnpike to the Miami Beach door. Because the same driver and vehicle stay with you start to finish, there are no transfers, no waiting rooms, and no rental counter at either end. One optional comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch fits effortlessly into the long drive. Booking is direct over WhatsApp or email, and the vehicle is held for your group from the moment you confirm.
The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, never pooled with strangers. Your driver speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps the long drive easy for families and visiting groups. The fare is locked the moment you book, so traffic on the Turnpike, a holiday weekend, or a packed park-event day never changes what you pay. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are already inside the rate, so there is nothing to fumble for at a booth. Luggage for a theme-park family is handled at the curb, and you reach us directly on WhatsApp rather than through an app queue. One dedicated driver and one vehicle carry you the whole 238.4 miles, which means the person who greets you in Orlando is the same person who opens the door at Soho Beach House Hotel. The result is a calm, planned ride you can build a travel day around.
The drive takes about 4.1 hours door to door in normal off-peak conditions. That figure assumes a clean run south on Florida’s Turnpike toward the Miami Beach coast with one short optional comfort stop. Peak commuter windows, heavy holiday travel, and big park-event days can push the time past four hours, and your driver watches conditions to time the departure sensibly. Mornings tend to move top for southbound trips, which is why many families ask for an early pickup. Because the rate is flat, a slower day costs you nothing extra — the price is set when you book, not by the clock. If you have a check-in window or a dinner reservation at Soho Beach House Hotel, share it when you confirm and the driver builds the departure around it. The single-vehicle, single-driver setup means no mid-route handoffs add delay to the long haul.
Soho Beach House Hotel sits on the Miami Beach oceanfront, a members’ club and hotel built around a relaxed, design-led beach-club feel. After a day among the Orlando theme parks and resorts, the contrast is the point: sand, pool decks, and a slower coastal pace just steps from the Atlantic. Your chauffeur delivers you straight to the property door with the bags, so the transition from car to lobby is seamless. You can read more on the Soho Beach House Hotel page, or browse the house’s own guide for a feel of the rooms, dining, and spaces before you reach.
The hotel sits in Miami Beach, with the beach on one side and Collins Avenue’s hotel-and-dining strip on the other. The wider South Florida coastline stretches north and south from here, an easy base for the ocean, the boardwalk, and the city’s restaurant scene. Your private transfer drops you right at the property, so you start exploring the moment you step out.
The Atlantic beachfront is the headline draw, with swimming, pool lounging, and ocean views right at the door. The surrounding Miami Beach area adds restaurants, cafés, and walkable streets within easy reach. It is a natural unwind after the Orlando parks, and because your chauffeur handled the entire drive, you arrive rested and ready rather than worn out from four hours behind the wheel.
The flat rate covers the full chauffeured drive plus the costs travelers commonly dread paying at the booth. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are all included, so the Florida Turnpike charges are settled inside your fare. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot to keep the family connected on the long drive. Your bilingual driver, the dedicated vehicle, and one optional comfort stop are all part of the price — the stop does not raise the rate. Small pets are welcome with advance WhatsApp notice and a pet carrier. The setup is built for the whole journey to or from Orlando and Soho Beach House Hotel without surprise add-ons.
Each passenger gets 1 checked bag plus 1 carry-on, which suits most theme-park families loading up the SUV or van. Traveling with extra or oversized bags? Message us on WhatsApp before the trip and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger private van. We would rather plan it in advance than leave you guessing at the curb.
Child seats are the main add-on to know: the first seat is free for a child under 5, and each additional seat carries a small fee confirmed when you book. A surcharge applies for trips outside daytime hours, listed in the surcharge section below. Beyond those, the flat rate is the flat rate — tolls and fuel stay included.
Three private vehicle tiers cover the run, and you choose by headcount and luggage. The Black SUV (or SUV XL) seats up to 5 passengers and suits couples, small families, and pairs traveling with theme-park gear. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for 6 to 9 passengers gives larger families and friend groups room to spread out with bags. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for 10 to 14 passengers handles big multi-generation or multi-family trips in one private vehicle, so nobody splits across separate rides. Every option is private to your party alone, with the same dedicated driver for the whole 238.4-mile drive — never a shared or pooled ride. If you are unsure which tier fits your bag count, message us before booking and we will steer you to the right size.
Payment is swift and made to skim.
Daytime hours run 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips that start before or after that window carry a small surcharge by vehicle type.
A few questions come up frequently when families plan the Orlando-to-Miami-Beach run. Here are direct answers on confirmation, updates, child seats, luggage, early pickups, and round-journey cost.
Yes. Once your 50% deposit is in, you get a confirmation over WhatsApp or email with the vehicle, the pickup address, and the agreed time. The vehicle is held for your group from that moment. Because you book directly with us rather than through an app queue, you are dealing with a real person who can adjust details before trip day.
Yes. We stay in touch over WhatsApp ahead of pickup, so you know your driver’s name and status as the time approaches. If your plans shift — a later checkout, an earlier start — message us and we adjust. The direct line means no waiting on an app to tell you where the car is on a 238.4-mile trip.
Yes. The first child seat is free for a child under 5, and each additional seat carries a small fee confirmed at booking. Tell us the ages and how many seats you need when you reserve, and your driver has them fitted and ready at pickup — no scrambling at the curb with a tired family.
The standard allowance is 1 checked bag plus 1 carry-on per passenger, which covers most theme-park hauls. The vans give larger groups extra room for gear. Carrying extra or oversized bags? Message us on WhatsApp in advance and we confirm the space or move you up to a bigger private van so everything rides with you.
Yes. Early starts are common, and we time the pickup to your schedule. Mornings often move best for the southbound run down Florida’s Turnpike, so an early departure can mean a smoother drive. Note that any pickup before 7:00 AM falls outside daytime hours and carries the small surcharge listed in the surcharge section above.
A round trip is simply double the one-way fare for your chosen vehicle — the rate is per vehicle, not per person, so the whole group is covered. Book both legs together and the return is held at the same locked price, with no surge for the day or direction you travel. The one-way fares sit in the price list above.
A more coordinated, premium service end to end — flat fare, named driver, one dedicated private driver for the entire Orlando-to-South-Florida drive — at a significantly lower total cost than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

Tell me at pickup how you want the cabin. Some passengers want conversation and a running commentary on what we are passing; others have a call at eleven and need me quiet, the music off, and the climate steady. Neither one bothers me — I would just rather know than guess. If you are on a call and need the volume down or a window closed, a hand signal is enough; I check the mirror frequently on a run this long.
Send your travel date, pickup address, passenger count, and any child-seat or luggage needs, and we will confirm the vehicle and the flat rate for your journey to or from Orlando and Soho Beach House Hotel. Message us on WhatsApp for the fastest reply, lock the 50% deposit, and your chauffeured ride down Florida’s Turnpike is set.

Yes. The payment required to confirm depends on the exact pickup area. Pickups at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and most Miami and Miami Beach addresses can be confirmed with a 50% deposit — or you can pay in full at checkout, whichever you prefer. Transfers that start outside that area (Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, Orlando and beyond) are paid in full in advance. Hourly chauffeur bookings always have the 50% deposit option.
Yes — when the 50% deposit option applies, the remaining balance is paid directly to your driver on the day of service, in cash or by card. Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting for US$ 50 per 30 minutes (paid directly to the driver), but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
Unscheduled stops aren’t included in the base rate. Planned stops are welcome when you add them at booking (or arrange them with us in advance): each stop is priced by time at US$ 50 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum, then by the minute at that same rate.
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger, a child seat) can be changed until 12 hours before the ride, depending on availability — write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — additional child seats, planned stops, the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
