From $600 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Sea View Hotel Bal Harbour covers 232.3 miles (373.8 km) in about 4.1 hours by chauffeured Black SUV, at a flat rate. Your bilingual driver runs the full Florida’s Turnpike corridor door to door — pickup at your Orlando-region address, drop-off at the Bal Harbour entrance, with tolls and fuel already covered.
Fares are flat, per private vehicle, and locked at booking — pick the class that fits your group.
Some vacation-home companies send someone to look over the property as you leave, and that appointment rarely runs to the minute. Book the pickup a comfortable margin after it rather than at the same hour, and the morning stops being a race.
If the walk-through finishes early, message me — I can often come sooner. What does not work is a car sitting outside while a manager counts towels in the kitchen.
Select one private vehicle sized to your group, then stay in it from your Orlando-region pickup to the Bal Harbour entrance. A small family travels in a Black SUV; a larger party books a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van with room for everyone and the luggage. Your chauffeur meets you at the agreed address — a resort lobby, a vacation rental, or an Orlando-region home — loads the bags, and heads south. The same vehicle and driver carry you the whole way, so there are no connections to catch and no waiting between legs. Booking is direct: message us on WhatsApp with your date, pickup address, passenger count, and bag count, and we confirm the vehicle class and the pickup time in writing. From there you merely meet the driver at the door on journey day and settle in for the ride down to the coast.
Your group rides in one private vehicle reserved end to end, with a bilingual chauffeur who speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese. The fare is locked the moment you book, so demand, weather, or a hectic journey weekend never moves the number — what we quote is what you pay. One driver stays with you for the whole run, and your bags are loaded and unloaded at both doors so nobody wrestles suitcases at a curb. You also obtain the driver’s name and vehicle details before journey day, so the pickup is a known face rather than whoever happens to accept a ride. Booking and questions go straight to a real person on WhatsApp, not a phone queue: confirm a date, shift a pickup time, or check on room for an extra bag in minutes. For families and groups covering a long route together, that direct line and the single reserved vehicle make the day far easier to plan.
Three private vehicle classes cover this route; pick by headcount and luggage.
The flat fare is built to cover the whole trip, with only a few optional add-ons that can adjust it. What is always included and what might cost a little extra are both spelled out below, so the number you book is the number you plan around — no meter, no day-of surprises. Most groups pay exactly the fare quoted at booking, since the everyday costs of a long Florida drive are already folded in. The optional items are things only some travelers require, and each is confirmed with you before journey day rather than sprung on arrival. Tell us your headcount, bag count, and any pet or child-seat needs when you reserve, and we lock the full picture in writing. That way the chauffeur arrives knowing exactly who and what is riding, and the handoff at pickup takes seconds.
Every fare includes the private vehicle reserved end to end, your chauffeur, and all the road costs: tolls, SunPass, and fuel are paid by us. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, and your bags are loaded and unloaded at both doors. The rate is per vehicle, so everyone within capacity rides for the one price.
A few optional items can add a small amount, always confirmed at booking. A small pet rides with advance WhatsApp notice inside a pet carrier. The first child seat for a child under five is free; each additional seat carries a modest extra fee. Extra or oversized bags may need a larger van, arranged ahead by WhatsApp. Trips outside daytime hours add a surcharge noted below.
The drive covers about 232.3 miles and takes roughly 4.1 hours door to door. Most of that distance follows Florida’s Turnpike, a steady high-speed corridor that keeps the trip predictable. In light midday traffic the run stays close to that four-hour figure, and early mornings before the heaviest commuter flow tend to move quickest. Peak periods — Friday departures, long holiday weekends, and big theme-park event days — can add time as traffic thickens near both metro areas, so a group on a tight schedule should build in a cushion. Because your chauffeur watches conditions live and the fare is locked at booking, a slower stretch of road never changes what you pay. Tell us your must-reach-by time and we set the pickup early enough to land you at the Bal Harbour entrance with room to spare.
Sea View Hotel Bal Harbour sits on the oceanfront in Bal Harbour, an upscale barrier-island enclave at the northern tip of Miami Beach. The setting is quiet, polished, and walkable, with the Atlantic on one side and manicured residential streets on the other. Guests reach to a peaceful beachfront base that trades the bustle of South Beach for wide sand, gentle surf, and simple access to high-end shopping. The Sea View Hotel Bal Harbour has welcomed beach travelers to this stretch for generations, and you can read more on this Bal Harbour guide. After the long drive down from Orlando, your chauffeur brings you straight to the hotel entrance, bags and all, so the vacation starts the moment you step out.
Bal Harbour borders Surfside to the south and the Bay Harbor Islands across the waterway to the west, with Sunny Isles Beach a short hop north. The whole stretch is residential and beach-focused, lined with oceanfront resorts and condos. Miami Beach and the wider Miami area spread south, putting the city’s dining and nightlife within easy reach of your base.
The beach is the headline — wide Atlantic sand and calm swimming right outside the hotel. Bal Harbour is known for its luxury shopping promenade and refined dining, while nearby Surfside and Sunny Isles add casual oceanfront restaurants and parks. Day trips into Miami Beach and downtown Miami open up museums, art districts, and a lively food scene.
Payment is simple and split so nothing is due all at once.
Yes — we set the pickup for any hour you require, including well before 7:00 AM to reach a flight or an early gate on time. Departures outside the 7:00 AM–6:00 PM daytime window add a small surcharge, shown in the rates below. Give us your target arrival time and we count back to set the pickup.
The standard allowance is one checked bag plus one carry-on per passenger, and the Sprinter vans hold considerably more than the SUV. Have extra or oversized bags? Message us on WhatsApp before journey day and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger van. We plan the right vehicle around your real bag count.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the one flat price listed above, whether that’s two travelers or a full van. Nothing is metered and nothing is added for a hectic journey day. Within a vehicle’s capacity, adding a passenger costs nothing extra; you book the vehicle, not a seat.
Yes — one brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is simple on the long drive. Just tell your chauffeur and it won’t change the flat fare. Most groups take a single swift pause; if anyone needs a moment sooner, the driver will sort it out without any fuss.
Yes — a round trip is the one-way fare doubled, with the return leg held at the same rate when you book both directions together. The same vehicle class meets you for the trip back from Sea View Hotel Bal Harbour to your Orlando-area address. Lock both legs at once and your return time is reserved.
Yes — a single chauffeur drives the full route from your Orlando-area pickup to Sea View Hotel Bal Harbour, with no swaps or transfers along the way. The same reserved vehicle carries your group and luggage the whole distance. You meet your driver at pickup and stay with that driver until the hotel entrance.
Book as far ahead as you can, especially for holiday weekends and big theme-park event dates when vehicles fill fastest. A reservation is confirmed once your deposit is in, which also locks the flat fare. Same-week and next-day requests are often possible too — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check the date.
Daytime pickups between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips that depart outside that window add a small amount to the flat fare, as shown below.
A more coordinated, premium service end to end — flat fare, named driver, one dedicated private driver for the entire Orlando-to-South-Florida drive — at a significantly lower total cost than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

A folding wheelchair, a rollator or a walking frame travels with us; just tell me at booking rather than on the morning, so the stowage is planned and I know to give a hand at both ends.
If stepping up into an SUV is difficult for someone in the party, say so early. I will tell you plainly what I can manage before any money changes hands, instead of us discovering it on a driveway.
Reserve in a few minutes by sending your journey date, pickup address, passenger count, and bag count on WhatsApp or email. We confirm the vehicle class, the flat fare, and the pickup time in writing, then hold it with the deposit. Whether you’re heading from an Orlando-region resort down to the coast or returning to the parks, one professional chauffeur and one reserved vehicle handle the entire run. Tell us about any pet, child seat, or oversized bag when you book so the right setup is ready at pickup, and we’ll send the driver’s name and vehicle details before journey day.

If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

Unscheduled stops aren’t included in the base rate. Planned stops are welcome when you add them at booking (or arrange them with us in advance): each stop is priced by time at US$ 50 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum, then by the minute at that same rate.
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger, a child seat) can be changed until 12 hours before the ride, depending on availability — write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

Only optional extras add to it — additional child seats, planned stops, the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
