From $630 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale SW/Miramar Hotel covers 229.2 miles in about 3.6 hours by black SUV or climate-controlled van, at a flat rate. Your bilingual chauffeur drives the full Florida’s Turnpike corridor toward I-4 while you sit back, with door-to-door pickup and one dedicated vehicle the whole way.
Each fare below is per vehicle for the whole group, locked at booking with no surge and no traffic adjustment.
The simplest way is one private vehicle booked door to door for your whole group. You pick the tier that fits your party — a black SUV for up to 5, a private Sprinter van for 6-9, or a larger van for 10-14 — and your chauffeur meets you at the agreed Orlando-region address. From there it is a single, dedicated ride down the Turnpike-to-I-4 corridor straight to the hotel entrance, with no transfers, no rental counter, and no parking to sort out at the end. One brief comfort stop for a restroom, snack, or stretch is welcome on the long run — just tell your driver. To reserve, message us on WhatsApp with your date, pickup address, passenger count, and bag count, and we confirm the vehicle and the flat fare. Families heading to the parks frequently book the return leg at the same time so both directions are held and the driver already knows the schedule.
Our advantage is a flat rate locked at booking — the number you agree on is the number you pay, with no surge for demand, weather, or holiday traffic. Your group gets one private vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur, fluent in English plus Spanish or Portuguese, for the whole 229-mile drive, so there is never a swap mid-journey and never a stranger sharing your ride. Luggage is handled at the curb: bags loaded, secured, and unloaded at the door, with room planned around your party size before journey day. Booking and changes happen directly over WhatsApp with a real person, not a queue, so you can confirm a pickup time, add a child seat, or adjust the address quickly. The result is a peaceful, premium ride where you arrive at the hotel rested and on schedule rather than worn out from the wheel.
The drive runs about 3.6 hours door to door across roughly 229.2 miles. That estimate reflects steady off-peak conditions on the same corridor down toward I-4 and into southwest Broward. Journey during a weekday midday window or a quiet evening and the timing commonly holds close to that figure. Leave during a Friday getaway rush, a long-holiday weekend, or right as a main park event lets out, and you should plan a cushion of extra time, since traffic near the Orlando attractions and the South Florida metro can build. Because the fare is flat, none of that variability changes what you pay — only the clock moves, not the price. If you have a hard arrival deadline, share it when you book and we will set the pickup time with a comfortable buffer so the schedule works in your favor.
The flat fare covers the complete door-to-door private transfer: one dedicated vehicle, one expert bilingual driver, and the full drive between your Orlando-region pickup and the hotel. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are all built into the rate, so there is nothing to fumble for on the road. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the ride. The price is per vehicle, not per seat, so the whole group travels for the single rate shown above.
Most trips have no extras at all. A few situations are confirmed in advance over WhatsApp so there are no surprises on travel day:
The hotel is an extended-stay property in Miramar, in southwest Broward County, the kind of suite-style base families like after a long park stay. Your driver pulls right up to the entrance and unloads your bags at the door, so the transfer ends exactly where your stay begins. The surrounding region is suburban South Florida — shopping centers, dining, and swift access to the wider Fort Lauderdale and Miami metro for the rest of your journey. You can read more on the official Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale SW/Miramar Hotel page, or browse the property photo gallery to see the rooms and grounds before you arrive.
The hotel sits among Miramar and Pembroke Pines neighborhoods, a residential and business stretch of southwest Broward. It is a practical landing point between the theme-park region you are leaving and the beaches and city districts to the east. Whatever you have planned next, the chauffeur drops you at the door so you start fresh.
The area puts you within easy reach of South Florida classics — Atlantic-coast beaches, waterfront dining, and the cultural and nightlife districts of the greater Fort Lauderdale and Miami region. The suite-style hotel itself suits longer stays, with space to regroup between outings after a full theme-park itinerary.
Payment is simple and arranged before journey day.
This property’s title carries both Fort Lauderdale and Miramar, which makes sense to a marketing team and very little sense to a map. What your driver actually navigates to is the street address, so copy it out of the reservation with the zip code attached. Do that and the final turn sorts itself out regardless of what the sign above the door says.
Three private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large family group, and the same flat-rate logic applies to each. Pick by passenger and bag count, and message us if you are unsure which fits.
Each passenger is covered for 1 checked bag plus 1 carry-on, which suits most theme-park families comfortably. Have extra or oversized bags after a long stay? Message us on WhatsApp before journey day and we will confirm the space or size you up to a larger private van so everything rides with you. The vehicle is sized to your group, so bags are planned for in advance, not squeezed in at the curb.
Yes — we set the pickup time to your schedule, including an early departure to beat the rush. Tell us your target time when you book and the chauffeur arrives at your Orlando-region address ready to load and go. Early-morning departures before 7:00 AM carry the small out-of-hours surcharge noted below, but the flat fare itself stays fixed regardless of how early you leave.
The rate is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the single flat price shown in the fares list above. Two passengers or five in the SUV pay the same; the same logic applies to the vans. That keeps the cost predictable for families and groups, and a round journey is merely double the one-way fare when you book both legs together.
One brief comfort stop on the long drive is included — a swift break for a restroom, a snack, or a chance to stretch. Just let your driver know and it fits naturally into the route without changing the flat rate. The journey stays direct otherwise: one dedicated vehicle, the same chauffeur the whole way, and no detours to pick up other passengers.
Daytime hours run 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips that depart before or after that window carry a small out-of-hours charge:
A more coordinated, premium service end to end — flat fare, named driver, one dedicated private driver for the entire Orlando-to-South-Florida drive — at a significantly lower total cost than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

Anything somebody may need during the journey — prescriptions, an inhaler, motion tablets for a child — should ride in a bag beside them rather than in the back with the suitcases. Say so at loading and your driver keeps that one bag out of the stack, which saves unpacking half the hold at the side of a highway.
Send us your journey date, pickup address, passenger count, and bag count over WhatsApp and we will confirm your vehicle and lock the flat fare. Reserve both legs together to hold your return at the same rate, and let us know any early-morning pickup or child-seat needs so the ride is set before you journey.

When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting for US$ 50 per 30 minutes (paid directly to the driver), but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

Unscheduled stops aren’t included in the base rate. Planned stops are welcome when you add them at booking (or arrange them with us in advance): each stop is priced by time at US$ 50 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum, then by the minute at that same rate.
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger, a child seat) can be changed until 12 hours before the ride, depending on availability — write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

Only optional extras add to it — additional child seats, planned stops, the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
