From $630 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Mango Inn Bed & Breakfast covers 184.5 miles (297 km) in about 2.8 hours down I-95, riding in a chauffeured Black SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van at a flat rate. One bilingual driver handles the whole door-to-door drive while your group settles into climate-controlled comfort.
Pick the private vehicle that fits your group and the price is locked at booking — per vehicle, never per person.
Towns in this part of Palm Beach County number their streets in directions, so the same name exists as a north and a south version a few blocks apart. Send the address with its directional letter and the ZIP code exactly as the inn wrote it. One missing initial is the difference between pulling up at your door and circling a neighborhood at the end of a long drive.
A reserved private vehicle with one chauffeur is the most direct way to make the 184.5-mile run. You select the tier — Black SUV for up to five, a Sprinter van for six to nine, or the larger van for ten to fourteen — and we hold it for your group alone. Your driver collects you at the agreed Orlando-region address, whether that’s a resort lobby, a rental home, or an airport terminal, loads the luggage, and drives the full I-95 corridor to the inn’s door. One brief comfort stop along the way is simple to arrange. To book, message us on WhatsApp with your date, pickup point, passenger count, and bag count; we confirm the vehicle and the flat fare in writing. No rental counter, no parking, no toll fumbling — you ride while the chauffeur manages the entire route from start to finish.
A flat fare locked at the moment you book is the core of this service — the price holds regardless of traffic, demand, or departure time. Your bilingual chauffeur drives in English plus Spanish or Portuguese, so directions, pickup details, and journey-day questions are simple on both ends. The vehicle is reserved for your group and stays climate-controlled through the long South Florida drive, with onboard WiFi running off a mobile hotspot. Luggage from a full theme-park journey is handled at the door — your driver loads and unloads the bags so you merely step in and out. Booking and updates run through direct WhatsApp contact with a real person, not a queue. The result is a single coordinated journey: one vehicle, one expert driver, one price, from your Orlando pickup all the way to Mango Inn Bed & Breakfast.
The fare covers the full chauffeured drive and the things travelers usually pay for piecemeal — there are no hidden line items on journey day.
Your fare includes the dedicated vehicle and one driver for the entire trip, door-to-door pickup and drop-off, and all Florida tolls, SunPass, and fuel along the route. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot. Luggage is included at one checked bag plus one carry-on per passenger, loaded and unloaded by your chauffeur.
A few add-ons are confirmed at booking rather than baked into the base fare. The first child seat for a child under five is free; each additional seat carries a small extra fee we confirm when you book. Small pets ride with advance WhatsApp notice and a pet carrier. Departures outside daytime hours add the surcharge listed below.
The drive runs about 2.8 hours door-to-door across 184.5 miles of the I-95 corridor in normal conditions. That off-peak figure holds when traffic is light, typically mid-morning and early afternoon. Heavier stretches around the morning and evening commutes can add time, and major holiday weekends or big theme-park event days — when everyone is heading the same direction — push the run longer still. Your chauffeur watches conditions live and adjusts the timing of your pickup so you arrive with margin, particularly when you’re working around a flight or a check-in window. The flat fare does not change for any of this; traffic and demand never move the price once it’s locked. If you want a brief restroom or snack stop on the way, that fits inside the journey and the timing without affecting what you pay.
Mango Inn Bed & Breakfast is an intimate South Florida inn set in a quiet coastal town near the Atlantic, a relaxed contrast to the pace of the parks. It trades resort scale for personal character — individually styled rooms, a homey breakfast, and the kind of small-property hospitality that suits couples, families, and small groups winding down after Orlando. You can see the property and book through Mango Inn Bed & Breakfast, and browse the room options before you travel.
The inn sits in a walkable South Florida coastal neighborhood, the sort of low-key beach town where the ocean, local cafés, and a small downtown are close at hand. It’s a calm, residential pocket rather than a high-rise resort strip, which is why so many travelers pair it with an Orlando trip for the change of scenery.
Beach time leads the list — easy access to the Atlantic shoreline, waterfront walks, and casual seaside dining. The surrounding area offers small-town strolling, local shops, and quiet days that balance out a busy theme-park itinerary. Your chauffeur drops you right at the inn’s door, so you start unwinding the moment the trip ends.
Every option is private and reserved for your group alone — select by headcount and luggage.
Payment is swift and the terms are set before you travel.
Swift answers to the questions families and groups ask most before booking this Orlando run.
Each passenger brings one checked bag plus one carry-on, loaded into the SUV or Sprinter van by your chauffeur. Traveling with extra or oversized bags after a long park stay? Message us on WhatsApp ahead of time and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger private van.
The flat fare is per vehicle, not per person. Your whole group rides for the one price shown above, whether you’re two travelers or a full van of fourteen. Nothing changes for traffic, demand, or the time of day once your booking is locked in.
A round trip is simply double the one-way fare. Book both legs together and we hold your return at the same locked rate, with the same dedicated driver and vehicle reserved for the drive back to Orlando from Mango Inn Bed & Breakfast.
Yes. We schedule pre-dawn pickups so you reach the gates early, and your chauffeur plans the I-95 run around your start time. Departures before 7 AM carry the small night-rate surcharge listed below, while the door-to-door routing and the per-vehicle pricing stay exactly the same.
One brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is welcome on the long drive — just tell your driver and it won’t change your flat rate. Need to grab food for the kids along the way? That fits easily into the single dedicated trip.
We collect you door-to-door from any Orlando-area address — a resort lobby, a vacation rental, or an airport terminal — and drive straight to the inn. Share your pickup point when you book and your chauffeur meets you there at the agreed time, ready to load the bags.
Daytime trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Pickups that start outside those hours add a small amount to the flat fare:

A guesthouse is run by a couple of people rather than a rotating front-desk team. Ask the innkeeper who will meet you and what the arrangement is if the drive runs later than planned, then tell us the same. The chauffeur does not leave you standing on the sidewalk with luggage — he waits until somebody has let you in.
Send your date, pickup address, passenger count, and bag count over WhatsApp and we’ll confirm your vehicle and the flat fare in writing — then your chauffeur takes it from there, door to door. Reserve early for park-season dates and pre-dawn departures so your preferred vehicle is held for the journey to or from Orlando and Mango Inn Bed & Breakfast.

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
