From $620 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Hyatt Place West Palm Beach Downtown Hotel covers 232 miles in about 3.8 hours by chauffeured black SUV, at a flat rate. Your bilingual driver runs the full Florida’s Turnpike corridor down to downtown West Palm Beach, door to door — one dedicated vehicle, no rental counter, no parking lines, no map to read after a long park day.
Every fare below is per private vehicle for the whole group, locked the moment you book.
Before the vehicle moves, your driver reads the destination back to you from the booking. Listen to it properly and correct him there and then if anything has changed since you reserved, because that is the easiest moment in the whole day to fix a wrong address. A change made at the curb costs seconds; the same change made near the coast costs a good deal more.
A private door-to-door transfer in one reserved vehicle is the most direct way to create this journey. You pick the vehicle that fits your group — a black SUV for up to five, or a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to fourteen — and your bilingual chauffeur collects everyone at the agreed Orlando-region address. From there it’s a straight run down Florida’s Turnpike to the downtown West Palm Beach door, with the whole party and all the bags in a single vehicle. There’s no rental counter to clear, no parking deck to hunt, and no wheel to fight while half-asleep after the parks. Booking takes one message on WhatsApp: share the date, the pickup address, the passenger count, and your drop-off, and we confirm the vehicle and the fare. The same arrangement runs the reverse leg back up to Orlando whenever you’re ready.
Your group rides in one private vehicle held only for you — no detours, no strangers, no shared seats. The fare is locked the moment you book, so a holiday weekend or a sudden rush never changes the number you agreed to. Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English plus Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps the whole run simple to coordinate. One driver stays with you for the whole long drive, so you settle in once and reach without a single handoff. Luggage is part of the plan, not an afterthought — the SUV and the vans are sized for families hauling park gear. Booking and any change go straight to a real person on WhatsApp, not a queue or a menu. The result is a peaceful, predictable ride where the only thing you manage is when to leave.
The drive covers about 232 miles and takes roughly 3.8 hours in normal conditions. That timing holds for most off-peak departures, when Florida’s Turnpike moves freely and the only pause is your optional comfort stop. Heavy journey windows shift the math: a holiday weekend, a main park-event day, or the afternoon rush around the metro areas can add an hour or more to the run. Morning departures commonly beat the worst of it, which is why numerous families leave early. Weather can also stretch the clock during summer storm season, when the chauffeur eases off rather than push through downpours. When you share your target arrival time, we suggest a departure that builds a sensible cushion into the day, so you reach the parks or the hotel with time to spare instead of cutting it close.
Downtown West Palm Beach is a compact, walkable waterfront district facing the Intracoastal and the island of Palm Beach just beyond it. The region blends dining, galleries, theaters, and palm-lined streets, with the energy of Clematis Street and the shops and lawns of the downtown core within an simple stroll. Hyatt Place West Palm Beach Downtown Hotel puts you in the middle of it, a practical base whether you’re here for business downtown or a weekend by the water. You can see more on the property overview. Our transfer ends right at the hotel’s door, so after the long ride from the parks nobody drags suitcases across a lot — you step out where you’re staying and the journey is done.
The hotel sits in the downtown waterfront district, steps from the Intracoastal, the marina, and the restaurants and bars along Clematis Street. The cultural and shopping blocks of the city core are an easy walk, and the bridges to the island of Palm Beach are just across the water.
Downtown leans into its waterfront: strolling the Intracoastal promenade, dining and nightlife on Clematis Street, browsing galleries and theaters, and catching events on the green spaces by the water. The beaches and the boutiques across the bridges add a second pace whenever you want to slow things down.
The fare covers the dedicated vehicle, the bilingual chauffeur, and the full door-to-door drive in one reserved car. Every toll on the route, SunPass, and fuel are built into the price, so nothing is collected along the way. A brief optional comfort stop is fine — just tell the driver.
A trip outside daytime hours adds a surcharge, detailed in the surcharge section below. Beyond the first complimentary child seat, additional seats carry a small fee confirmed at booking. Extra or oversized bags are arranged in advance over WhatsApp so we can confirm space or move you to a larger vehicle.
A downtown hotel that is swift to reach on a Wednesday behaves differently on a Saturday night, when the surrounding restaurant and bar blocks are hectic and the curb outside is in constant utilize. Nothing about that stops your arrival, but the final block can crawl. If your party would rather not land in the middle of it, select an earlier departure from Orlando.
Three private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple to a large party, all reserved for your group alone.
Payment is simple and confirmed in writing before the journey.
Trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge; departures outside that daytime window add a small amount.
The price is per vehicle, not per person. Your whole group rides for the one flat fare shown in the price list above, whether that’s two travelers or a full van of fourteen. Adding passengers up to the vehicle’s capacity never changes the number — you simply pick the size that fits everyone and their bags.
Message us on WhatsApp with your date, pickup address, passenger count, and drop-off, and we confirm the vehicle and the flat fare in writing. A deposit locks the reservation, and the balance goes to your driver on trip day. Booking ahead is wise for holiday weekends and busy park dates, when vehicles fill quickly.
Yes. We run trips outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window whenever you need them — an early start to clear the metro traffic, or a late return after a long park day. A surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, shown in the surcharge section above, with the exact figure confirmed when you book.
Each passenger gets one checked bag plus one carry-on as standard. Park families often travel heavy, so if you have extra or oversized bags, message us on WhatsApp before the trip and we’ll confirm the space or move you up to a larger private van. Just tell us what you’re carrying in advance and we’ll size the vehicle to it.
Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is the closest airport to the downtown hotel. Our service is the long-distance private transfer to or from Orlando and Hyatt Place West Palm Beach Downtown Hotel, ending at the hotel’s downtown door rather than a curb or a terminal lane. If your trip ties into a flight, share the timing and we’ll set the pickup or drop-off to match.

Phones drain speedy on a long drive when everyone is streaming and navigating at once, and a seat with a socket next to it is not something to count on. A small battery pack in a day bag covers the whole party. It also means the person we are messaging still has a working phone when the vehicle reaches the door.
Send your date, pickup address, passenger count, and destination, and we’ll confirm your vehicle and flat fare the same day. Whether you’re heading down to West Palm Beach or back up to the Orlando parks, one message reserves a dedicated chauffeur and a vehicle held for your group alone.

If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Only optional extras add to it — additional child seats, planned stops, the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
