From $600 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Hotel St. Michel covers 239 miles (384.7 km) in about 4.2 hours by black SUV or climate-controlled van, at a flat rate. Your bilingual chauffeur drives the full Florida’s Turnpike corridor door to door while you settle in and relax.
Pick the vehicle that fits your group and the price below is the whole, per-vehicle fare — no per-seat math.
Most travelers cover this route in one private vehicle reserved for their group alone. Pickup happens at your Orlando-area address — a resort lobby, a vacation home, or a meeting point you choose — and the same chauffeur drives straight through to the Hotel St. Michel entrance in Coral Gables. Choose the black SUV for up to five riders, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to nine, or the larger Sprinter for ten to fourteen. The driver loads every bag, sets the climate control to your liking, and follows Florida’s Turnpike for the long middle stretch south. The whole experience is built around you arriving rested rather than worn out from a four-hour drive of your own.
Booking takes a single WhatsApp message. Send your travel date, pickup time, passenger count, and how many bags you carry, and we reply with the matched vehicle and your written fare. Once you confirm and place the deposit, your date and vehicle are reserved under your name.
Your group rides in one private vehicle with one bilingual chauffeur for the whole 239-mile drive. The fare is locked the moment you book, so it never climbs with traffic, demand, or the time of day. Your driver speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese, knows the corridor well, and handles the loading, the route, and the tolls so you simply sit back. Nothing is shared or pooled — the SUV or van belongs to your party from pickup to drop-off, with no other passengers and no swapping vehicles along the way. You reach us directly over WhatsApp before and on the day, so changes to your pickup time or meeting point are swift to sort out. For families and groups moving with luggage and a schedule, that means one steady, organized ride instead of pieced-together legs.
A professional bilingual chauffeur handles the full route, fluent in English alongside Spanish or Portuguese. The same driver who greets you in the Orlando area stays with you to the South Florida door — no handoffs midway. They manage the bags, the climate, and the directions so your only job is to relax.
The drive runs about 4.2 hours door to door under normal conditions across roughly 239 miles. Florida’s Turnpike carries the bulk of the journey, keeping the route direct and steady once you leave the Orlando area. Off-peak departures tend to land near that 4.2-hour mark, while morning and late-afternoon congestion around the metro areas can add time. Holiday weekends and main theme-park event days draw the heaviest traffic and may stretch the journey beyond five hours. Because the fare is fixed in advance, a slower day on the road never changes what you pay. We plan pickup times with realistic margins so you reach when you expect, and a short break along the way is easy to fit without affecting the overall timing.
Rush-hour congestion near Orlando and the South Florida metro is the most common factor, followed by holiday travel surges and major park-event days. Weather and road work occasionally add minutes too. Your chauffeur watches conditions and adjusts the departure plan so a busy stretch of road does not throw off your arrival.
Hotel St. Michel is a historic boutique landmark in the Coral Gables area of greater Miami. The restored property is known for its European character, intimate rooms, and a walkable setting among tree-lined streets, cafes, and shops. The surrounding district blends Mediterranean-style architecture with a relaxed, upscale pace, set within easy reach of the wider South Florida coast. After the long drive down from the parks, your chauffeur pulls right up to the entrance and carries your bags to the door, so you step out and into your stay without another transfer to arrange. You can read more about Hotel St. Michel before you travel.
The hotel sits within the Coral Gables district, a calm, leafy part of greater Miami known for boutique storefronts, sidewalk dining, and classic Spanish-revival buildings. It is a short ride from the broader Miami coastline and the surrounding South Florida neighborhoods, keeping you close to the city without the bustle of its busiest cores.
The walkable streets around the hotel offer restaurants, cafes, and shopping at an unhurried pace, framed by the area’s distinctive architecture. The wider South Florida setting puts beaches, cultural spots, and the Miami waterfront within reach for day trips. After arrival, your chauffeur can drop you wherever your plans begin nearby.
Your fare covers a complete door-to-door private drive with one dedicated vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur the whole way. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are built into the price, including the Florida Turnpike and I-4 charges, so there is nothing to fumble for on the road. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot to keep everyone connected during the drive. Each passenger’s typical luggage rides along, and your driver handles the loading at both ends. The rate stays the same whether the road is clear or crowded — traffic and demand never alter what you agreed to at booking. From greeting you in the Orlando area to setting your bags at the Hotel St. Michel door, the experience is one continuous private ride, planned around your schedule rather than a fixed timetable.
A departure outside daytime hours carries a small surcharge, detailed in the night-surcharge section below. The first child seat for a little one under five is free, while each additional seat adds a modest fee confirmed when you book. Extra or oversized bags may need a larger van, which we arrange in advance.
Small pets are welcome with advance notice. Send us a WhatsApp message before your trip and bring your pet in a suitable carrier for the drive. Letting us know ahead means your chauffeur can plan the space and make sure everyone, two-legged and four-legged, travels comfortably the whole way down.
Three private vehicle tiers cover this route, and the right one depends on your headcount and luggage. The Private SUV seats up to five passengers and suits couples and small families traveling with typical bags. The Private Sprinter Van for six to nine gives larger families and friend groups room to spread out with their luggage on the long drive. The Private Sprinter Van for ten to fourteen handles large parties, reunions, and multi-family trips in a single reserved vehicle, so no one splits off into a second car. Every tier is private to your group alone — never shared — with the same bilingual chauffeur from start to finish. Tell us how many are riding and how many bags you bring, and we match the vehicle with space to spare.
Payment is simple and split so you are never paying it all upfront.
One quirk of this city catches out visiting drivers: instead of signs mounted overhead, Coral Gables marks its corners with low white stone blocks set at the curb, and the streets carry Spanish names rather than numbers. Charming by daylight, genuinely hard to read after dark. It is my problem rather than yours, but it does mean I want the address typed out exactly as the hotel spells the street — several of those names sound almost identical said aloud over a phone line.
Yes — the first child seat for a little one under five rides free. Tell us the type when you book and your chauffeur has it ready at pickup, secured before the drive begins. Each extra seat adds a small fee we confirm at booking, so a family with more than one young child is fully covered.
Yes — pickup runs on your schedule, including pre-dawn departures from your Orlando-area address. Any start before 7:00 AM falls outside daytime hours and adds a small surcharge, detailed just below. Share your target time over WhatsApp and your chauffeur is waiting at the door, bags loaded, ready to roll when you are.
Each passenger brings one checked bag plus one carry-on, comfortably stowed in the SUV or private van. Carrying extra or oversized bags after a theme-park haul? Message us in advance on WhatsApp and we confirm the space or size up to a larger Sprinter van so everything you packed comes along without a squeeze.
The rate is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the one flat price shown above, whether two travelers or a full van of fourteen. Nothing changes for traffic or demand once it is locked at booking. A round journey is simply double the one-way fare, booked together at the same rate.
Yes — one brief comfort stop for a restroom, snack, or stretch fits the long drive at no change to your fare, so just ask your chauffeur. The route follows Florida’s Turnpike for efficiency, and small adjustments to your pickup or drop-off points are easy to arrange when you book over WhatsApp.
Daytime trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Departures outside those hours add a small amount, applied per journey.

Departures from a rented house have a few more moving parts than a hotel lobby. Whoever manages the property will want the keys back in the lockbox, the alarm set and the trash out, and all of that takes longer than anyone plans for on the last morning. Build it into the hour you offer me, and start the loading while the last checks are happening — I can be putting bags in the back while someone finishes walking the rooms.
Send us your travel date, pickup time, passenger count, and luggage over WhatsApp, and we confirm your vehicle and fare in writing. Reserve early for holiday weekends and busy park-event days, when demand for vehicles climbs. Whether you are heading down to Coral Gables or back up to the Orlando parks, your bilingual chauffeur and private vehicle are set aside for your group alone.
