From $600 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall Hotel covers 238.8 miles (384.4 km) in about 3.8 hours door to door, running south down Florida’s Turnpike to I-4 in a chauffeured Black SUV or climate-controlled van — a flat rate. Settle in and reach rested while your bilingual chauffeur drives the whole route.
Each fare below is the full price for the whole private vehicle — your whole group rides for one number, not a per-seat charge.
The most relaxing way to create this journey is a private door-to-door transfer in one dedicated vehicle. Your group picks the vehicle by headcount: a Black SUV for up to five travelers, a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for six to nine, or the larger Sprinter for ten to fourteen. Your chauffeur meets you at the agreed Orlando-region address — a resort lobby, a vacation rental, or a private home — loads the luggage, and drives straight to the hotel door in Doral. One brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is welcome on the long drive; just tell the driver, and it never changes your flat fare. To book, message us on WhatsApp with your date, pickup address, passenger count, and bag count, and we confirm the vehicle and time.
Your reservation books a private vehicle reserved for your party alone — no co-riders and no detours to collect strangers along the way. The chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English plus Spanish or Portuguese, so directions, requests, and arrival details are simple to sort on the day. The fare quoted at booking is the fare you pay: it does not climb for rush hour, holiday weekends, or surging demand. Reaching a real person is direct, too — message us on WhatsApp and a human answers questions about your specific pickup, your headcount, and your timing rather than routing you through an app queue. That combination of an exclusive vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a locked price is what makes the long ride feel simple from the first mile to the last.
Your fare is all-in for the ground transfer — the private vehicle, the bilingual chauffeur, and the cost of the road are bundled into the single number you book.
Tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel along Florida’s Turnpike and I-4 are already covered, so there is nothing to settle at a booth or a pump. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole drive, and your standard luggage rides with you — one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger. The dedicated vehicle and the professional driver are part of the rate from your first pickup to the final drop-off.
A few add-ons sit outside the base fare. Small pets travel with advance WhatsApp notice and a pet carrier. The first child seat for a child under five rides free, while each additional seat carries a small fee confirmed at booking. Extra or oversized bags beyond the standard allowance are easy to arrange — message us ahead so we confirm the space or move you to a larger private van. Trips that depart outside daytime hours also carry the surcharge listed further down.
The drive runs about 3.8 hours door to door in normal daytime conditions, covering the full 238.8 miles (384.4 km) south from the Orlando region to Doral along Florida’s Turnpike, the fastest corridor for this journey. Off-peak mornings move cleanly and tend to hold near that 3.8-hour mark. Heavy traffic changes the math: rush-hour congestion around the metro areas, holiday-weekend volume, and main theme-park event days can stretch the time, so a flexible buffer helps when you have a check-in or an event to create. If your schedule is tight, tell us the must-reach time and we set the pickup early enough to absorb the delay comfortably. Your chauffeur knows the corridor and adjusts the departure to keep you ahead of the worst of the day’s traffic.
Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall Hotel sits in Doral, a polished west-Miami suburb known for its business parks, golf, and simple reach to the rest of South Florida. The hotel stands right beside Dolphin Mall, a sprawling outlet-and-entertainment complex with hundreds of stores, a food hall, and a cinema — handy for an arrival-evening meal or some shopping after the long ride. The surrounding region mixes corporate campuses, restaurants, and quiet residential streets, calmer and more spacious than the beachfront districts closer to the coast. You can read room and amenity details on the official Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall Hotel page, and locate a broader independent hotel overview with location notes for the property.
Three private vehicle classes cover this route, sized by passenger count and luggage. Pick the tier that matches your party and your bags.
Paying is simple and flexible — here is how it works.
Guests who stay beside an outlet complex rarely head home with the same volume they arrived with. If you are reserving both legs at once, think about the northbound car with that in mind: shopping bags do not fold, boxes do not squash, and a party that fit the SUV coming down can be tight going back. Send me a rough sense of what you anticipate to be carrying on the return and I will hold the size that suits it, rather than discovering the problem in the driveway.
Daytime pickups between 7 AM and 6 PM carry no time-of-day surcharge. Trips that start outside that window add a small amount on top of the flat fare.
Each passenger travels with one checked bag and one carry-on as typical, and the van tiers naturally hold more total bags than the SUV. Traveling with extra or oversized bags for a theme-park journey? Message us on WhatsApp in advance and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger private van so nothing gets left behind.
The flat rate is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the one price shown in the fare section, whether that is two travelers or a full van. There is no separate seat charge, and no extra cost added per head; the number you see covers everyone aboard for the whole drive.
Yes — we schedule the pickup to match your plan, including early-morning starts to obtain you on the road ahead of the crowds. Tell us the time you need to leave your Orlando-region address and we set it. Departures before 7 AM carry a small surcharge, since the no-surcharge daytime hours run 7 AM to 6 PM.
Both directions. We drive private transfers to or from Orlando and Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall Hotel, so the same dedicated vehicle and chauffeur handle the southbound journey to Doral or the northbound return to the Orlando region. Book one leg or both — the return is held at the same flat per-vehicle rate.
A private van is booked as a single flat fee for the whole group — the larger Sprinter seats 6 to 9 and the biggest carries 10 to 14, each priced per vehicle in the fare list above, never per seat. The fare locks at booking and does not surge for traffic, demand, or holiday weekends.
A more coordinated, premium service end to end — flat fare, named driver, one dedicated private driver for the entire Orlando-to-South-Florida drive — at a significantly lower total cost than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.
| Feature | Us | Uber | Lyft |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pricing | Flat rate locked at booking | Surges 1.5×–4× at peak | Surges 1.5×–4× at peak |
| Vehicle | Black SUV reserved for your group | Driver’s own car | Driver’s own car |
| Long-distance drive | One private driver the whole trip, no swaps | Hard to book for a 4-hour ride | Hard to book for a 4-hour ride |
| Door-to-door | Pickup at your Orlando-area address, drop at the South Florida door | Curbside only after you request | Curbside only after you request |
One booking, one dedicated private driver the whole drive, significantly lower cost than an Uber Black or Lyft Lux surge.

When you tell me a child is riding, send the age along with it. An infant, a toddler and a five-year-old need three distinct things in the back, and knowing which one is coming means the correct seat is in the vehicle and secured before I ever reach your Orlando address, instead of being sorted out with the luggage on the ground and everyone waiting.
Send your journey date, pickup address, passenger count, and luggage details by WhatsApp or email, and we will confirm your vehicle, your chauffeur, and your flat rate for the day. Reserve early for pre-dawn departures and busy holiday weekends so your preferred time is locked in for the run between the Orlando region and South Florida.

Transfers that start outside that area (Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, Orlando and beyond) are paid in full in advance. Hourly chauffeur bookings always have the 50% deposit option.
Yes — when the 50% deposit option applies, the remaining balance is paid directly to your driver on the day of service, in cash or by card. Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting for US$ 50 per 30 minutes (paid directly to the driver), but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
Unscheduled stops aren’t included in the base rate. Planned stops are welcome when you add them at booking (or arrange them with us in advance): each stop is priced by time at US$ 50 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum, then by the minute at that same rate.
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger, a child seat) can be changed until 12 hours before the ride, depending on availability — write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — additional child seats, planned stops, the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
