From $600 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Four Seasons Hotel Miami covers 236 miles in about 4 hours by black SUV or private climate-controlled van, a flat rate. Your bilingual chauffeur drives the full Florida’s Turnpike run door to door while you sit back in a chauffeured upscale vehicle and arrive rested.
Every fare below is per vehicle for the whole group, locked at booking with no surge for traffic, weather, or demand.
Book the black SUV for up to 5 travelers, or a private Sprinter van when your group runs 6 to 9 or 10 to 14. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed Orlando-region address — a resort lobby, villa, or rental door — loads the luggage, and points south onto Florida’s Turnpike toward Miami. The same vehicle and driver stay with you the whole way, so there is nothing to coordinate mid-journey and no connection to catch. At the far end you are dropped right at the Brickell Avenue entrance. To reserve, send us a WhatsApp with your journey date, pickup time, passenger count, and any extra bags; we confirm the vehicle and the fare, take a deposit to lock it, and share your driver’s details before the day arrives. Select your pickup window anywhere inside the daytime hours and we plan the departure around it.
A private vehicle reserved for your group means you ride only with the people you booked with. The fare is locked the moment you book, so a holiday weekend, a sudden rainstorm, or heavy I-95 traffic never moves the number. Your driver is bilingual, speaking English plus Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps coordination simple from the first WhatsApp message to the final drop-off. One dedicated driver covers the full long-distance run, so there are no handoffs and no curbside hunting at the other end. Families and groups journey with real luggage, and we plan for it: every passenger brings a checked bag and a carry-on, and oversized pieces are sorted in advance over WhatsApp. You reach a real person directly, not an app queue, whenever plans shift before journey day. It is a calmer, more organized way to move a group across the state.
The flat rate covers the full door-to-door drive in one private vehicle with one dedicated bilingual driver. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, so the group stays connected across the long stretch. A few comfort details are handled automatically, and the only possible extras are listed plainly below so nothing is a surprise on journey day.
Your fare bundles the driving, the road costs, and the in-car connectivity into one number. There is no separate charge for the chauffeur’s time, no per-mile meter, and no fuel or toll reconciliation at the end. You simply ride and arrive.
Only two things can change the total: a child seat beyond the first, and a pickup that starts outside daytime hours. Both are confirmed before you commit, so the number you approve at booking is the number you pay.
The drive covers about 236 miles and takes roughly 4 hours door to door in light traffic. Florida’s Turnpike carries most of the route, a steady high-speed corridor that keeps the journey predictable. Mornings and early afternoons inside the daytime window tend to move top. Peak holiday periods, weekend getaways, and large theme-park event days can add time as traffic thickens near the metro areas, so building in a cushion helps when a hotel check-in or a dinner reservation is waiting at the other end. If you want to leave before the morning rush or roll out after the parks close, share your ideal pickup time and the driver plans the departure around it. The clock may shift with traffic, but your reserved vehicle and driver stay the same from pickup to drop-off, and the route runs as directly as conditions permit.
Four Seasons Hotel Miami rises on Brickell Avenue, the financial and dining spine of downtown Miami, with sweeping views over Biscayne Bay. The tower pairs a polished urban hotel with a pool terrace, a spa, and restaurants, all within walking distance of Brickell’s shops, waterfront promenades, and evening scene. It makes a fitting bookend to an Orlando theme-park stretch — a calm, design-forward base in the city once the rides are behind you. Learn more at the official Four Seasons Hotel Miami site, or discover the brand’s coastal counterpart through the Surfside beach club for a sense of the wider South Florida scene.
The hotel sits in Brickell, the high-rise downtown district edged by Biscayne Bay. The surrounding area mixes office towers, condos, waterfront parks, and a dense run of restaurants and bars, with Downtown Miami and the museum district just to the north and the bay shoreline a short walk east.
Brickell wraps shopping, rooftop dining, and bayfront strolls into a few walkable blocks, with green space along the water for an early-morning stretch. After days of parks and rides in the Orlando area, the district leans toward unhurried evenings — dinner, a waterfront walk, and city views from the tower.
Pick the private vehicle that matches your group size; every tier is reserved exclusively for your party for the whole drive.
Paying is quick and splits into two simple steps.
The address belongs to a mixed-use tower — hotel floors above, offices and private residences alongside — so Brickell Avenue on its own is not quite enough to work from. The vehicle uses the hotel’s own arrival ramp, where the doormen stand and the cases are taken, rather than the office lobby beside it. Say plainly whether your stop is the hotel, a residence or a meeting upstairs and the correct entrance is used.
Daytime pickups from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. A journey that begins outside that window adds a small amount, shown below and confirmed before you book.
Each passenger brings one checked bag plus one carry-on, which suits most theme-park families and groups. Traveling with extra or oversized bags? Send a quick WhatsApp before the journey and we confirm the space or move you up to a larger private van so everything rides with you and your party.
Yes. Tell us your ideal pickup time and the driver plans the departure around it, including a pre-dawn start when you want to beat the morning rush or create an early arrival. A journey that begins before 7:00 AM falls outside the daytime window, so a small surcharge applies — the exact amount is confirmed when you book.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the single flat price shown above. A black SUV covers up to 5 travelers, while private vans handle larger groups. A round journey is merely double the one-way, and the rate holds whether the vehicle rides full or half empty.
Yes. One brief optional comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is welcome on the roughly 4-hour run — just let your driver know. It does not change your flat fare. Beyond that, the route stays direct so you reach the Brickell Avenue door as rapidly as traffic allows.
You coordinate directly by WhatsApp from the moment you book. We share your driver’s details ahead of journey day, so you can confirm the pickup time, send your exact Orlando-region address, and flag any extra bags or a small pet traveling in its carrier. There is no app queue and no call center between you and the driver.

Beyond the date, the headcount and the bag count, two things save the most time on the day itself: a phone number somebody will actually answer while the car is on the road, and the name of the door you want at each end. Four hours leaves room for a plan to shift mid-route, and a thread that reaches a real person is what lets the driver adjust without pulling over to work it out.

If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
