From $600 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel covers 237.2 miles (381.8 km) in about 4.1 hours door to door, running mainly down Florida’s Turnpike in a chauffeured black SUV or climate-controlled van — flat rate. A bilingual driver handles the pickup, the whole drive, and the drop-off right at the South Florida door.
Each fare is per vehicle, locked at the moment you book — your whole group rides for one price, with no surge and no change for traffic or demand.
The simplest way is a dedicated private vehicle that picks you up at your Orlando-region door and drives straight to Miami Beach. You pick the size that fits your party: a black SUV for up to five, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to nine, or a larger Sprinter for ten to fourteen. One driver stays with you for the whole journey down Florida’s Turnpike — there are no transfers, no waiting at a counter, and no parking to sort out at the other end. Booking is direct over WhatsApp: send your pickup address, your drop-off, the date, the time, and how numerous travelers and bags you have, and the vehicle is reserved for you.
Your chauffeur arrives at the exact Orlando-area address you give — a resort lobby, a vacation rental, or a private home. Bags are loaded for you, and the same vehicle carries your group the entire way, dropping you at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel entrance.
One bilingual chauffeur and one reserved vehicle carry your group the whole way, so the long drive stays peaceful and predictable. The driver speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps communication simple from the first message to the final drop-off. Your fare is fixed when you book, so a hectic journey weekend or heavy demand never changes the number you agreed on. Because the vehicle belongs to your party alone, there are no extra stops to collect strangers and no detours that stretch your schedule. Luggage is handled for you, child seats can be arranged, and you reach a real person directly on WhatsApp rather than an app queue. After a packed stretch at the parks, you settle in, recline, and let the chauffeur manage the whole route to the coast.
The drive covers about 237.2 miles and takes roughly 4.1 hours door to door in normal conditions. That figure assumes off-peak journey along Florida’s Turnpike with light to moderate traffic. Leave during a weekday morning lull and you stay close to the four-hour mark. Journey on a holiday weekend, a main park-event day, or through afternoon rush near the metro areas and you should plan for an hour or more on top. Your chauffeur watches conditions in real time and adjusts the timing of the run so you still reach the coast on schedule.
Yes — heavy holiday flows and theme-park crowds are the main variables. The flat fare, however, never moves with the clock or the congestion; only your arrival window shifts. If your day has a hard deadline, tell us at booking and the driver builds in buffer time.
Everything needed for the drive itself is built into the price. The fare covers the dedicated vehicle and bilingual chauffeur for the full route, all Florida Turnpike and I-4 tolls through SunPass, and fuel — nothing to fumble for at a booth. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot so the family can stream or stay reachable. Your typical allowance is one checked bag plus one carry-on per traveler, which suits most theme-park groups. One brief optional comfort stop for a restroom or a snack fits naturally into the long drive at no extra cost.
A few add-ons sit outside the base rate. Extra or oversized bags are welcome — message us on WhatsApp first and we confirm the space or move you up to a larger van. Small pets ride with advance notice in a pet carrier. The first child seat for a child under five is free; any additional seat carries a small fee confirmed when you book.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel is an oceanfront landmark on Collins Avenue in the Mid-Beach stretch of Miami Beach, a short coastal world away from the theme parks you just left. The property is known for its sweeping pool decks, its direct beach access, and a roster of restaurants, bars, and a spa that keep guests on-site for days. Arriving by private vehicle means you roll up to the entrance rested, with bags handled, ready to trade lanyards and turnstiles for sand and sun. For more on the property and its setting, see the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel site, or browse the wider resort group.
The hotel sits on the Atlantic side of Miami Beach, with the boardwalk, wide beaches, and Collins Avenue dining all close at hand. The surrounding district mixes oceanfront resorts, cafés, and shops, giving families an easy, walkable base once the transfer drops them off.
Beyond the resort’s own pools and restaurants, the beach, the oceanfront walking path, and the shops and eateries along Collins Avenue are within reach. It is a relaxed contrast to the parks — sun, water, and an easygoing coastal pace after the rides and queues up in Orlando.
Pick by headcount and bags — every choice is a private vehicle reserved for your party alone.
Payment is straightforward and split across two simple steps.
A property on this scale runs its own arrival lane off Collins Avenue, and that lane rather than the public street is where the vehicle stops and the cases come out. It moves quickest on either side of the afternoon check-in peak, when every arriving guest funnels through at the same time. Naming your tower or room block in the booking lets the driver stop at the right end of a very long building.
Each traveler gets one checked bag plus one carry-on as the typical allowance, which covers most theme-park families. The SUV suits up to five with their bags; the vans add far more room. Carrying extra or oversized bags? Message us on WhatsApp ahead of time and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger van.
Yes — your pickup time is yours to select. Departures inside daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and earlier or later runs are available with a small night surcharge. Offer us the time you require at booking and the vehicle is staged at your Orlando-region door for it.
The rate is per vehicle, never per person. Whether one traveler or a full group rides, you pay the single flat price for the size you reserve. That makes the SUV and vans particularly good value for families — splitting one fare across the whole party commonly costs less per head than separate seats ever would.
One brief optional comfort stop fits into the long drive south — a swift restroom, snack, or stretch break. Just let your chauffeur know and it is arranged without changing the flat fare. Otherwise the run is direct from your Orlando-region pickup to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel entrance, with no detours to collect other passengers.
Yes — child seats can be arranged when you book. The first seat for a child under five is included at no charge; each extra seat carries a small fee confirmed at booking. Tell us your children’s ages and how numerous seats you require, and the right setup is fitted before pickup so the family is ready to roll.
Journey outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window carries a small surcharge for the early-morning or late-night run.

The vehicle unloads and leaves, so nothing from the resort’s garage or valet structure attaches to this transfer — the flat fare ends at the door. It works the same way in reverse on the day you head north: the car is staged for your checkout hour, the bags go on at that same lane, and the run back up the state begins without a parking ticket entering the picture at all.
Send your pickup address, drop-off, journey date and time, and the number of passengers and bags, and we will confirm the vehicle and the flat fare for your group. Message us directly to lock in your ride to or from the coast.
