From $635 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Extended Stay America Select Suites – Fort Lauderdale – Airport – West Hotel covers 214.6 miles (345.3 km) in about 3.4 hours, riding Florida’s Turnpike door to door in a chauffeured Black SUV or private van — flat rate, with a bilingual driver handling the whole drive while you unwind.
Every rate below is a flat price per vehicle for the whole group, locked at booking — no per-person math, no surge, no traffic adjustment.
The simplest way is one chauffeured vehicle reserved just for your group, start to finish. Your driver collects everyone at the agreed Orlando-region address — a resort lobby, a vacation rental, or the airport curb — loads the bags, and points south on Florida’s Turnpike for the 214.6-mile run. Pick the tier that fits the party: a Black SUV for up to 5, a private Sprinter van for 6 to 9, or the larger van for 10 to 14. The same driver and the same vehicle stay with you the whole way; mid-journey there is no transfer point and no waiting for a second car. One brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is simple to arrange — just tell the driver. To reserve, message us on WhatsApp with your date, pickup time, party size, and luggage count, and we confirm the vehicle and the flat fare.
The hotel sits on the western, inland side of Fort Lauderdale near the airport, an all-suite property built for longer stays with in-room kitchenettes and simple parking. It is a practical base close to the highway, the cruise port, and the beaches, which makes it a relaxing bookend to an Orlando theme-park journey. Your driver pulls right up to the entrance and helps with the bags — no shuttle stand, no rideshare guessing game. You can read the property details on Extended Stay America Select Suites – Fort Lauderdale – Airport – West Hotel, and browse more area stays across the city if your plans shift.
The property anchors the airport-west corridor of Fort Lauderdale, an easygoing mix of business parks, dining, and quick highway access. Downtown Fort Lauderdale, the Las Olas district, and the beachfront sit a short drive east, while the cruise terminals and the wider South Florida coast are all within comfortable reach of this location.
Within easy reach are Fort Lauderdale’s beaches, the Riverwalk, marina dining, and shopping along Las Olas Boulevard. Families coming off the parks tend to want sand, seafood, and a slower pace, and this part of South Florida delivers all three. The suite-style rooms also make it simple to regroup, do laundry, and reset between legs of a longer Florida itinerary.
Families and groups pick us because the price is fixed and the vehicle is theirs alone. The fare you see is per vehicle and locked the moment you book — demand, weather, and rush-hour traffic never change it. Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English plus Spanish or Portuguese, so coordinating a pickup or a question on the road is effortless. One dedicated vehicle and one driver handle the long haul, so there is no pooling with strangers and no swapping cars partway. Luggage is part of the plan, not an afterthought: each passenger brings a checked bag and a carry-on, and oversized pieces are handled with a swift WhatsApp heads-up so we set aside the right space or size up to a larger van. Booking and changes happen directly with us over WhatsApp — a real person, speedy answers, and a driver assigned to your journey by name.
The drive runs about 3.4 hours door to door across 214.6 miles (345.3 km). That off-peak window assumes a clear daytime departure on Florida’s Turnpike, the corridor we utilize for nearly the whole route. Leave during a weekday rush, a holiday weekend, or a large theme-park event day and the timing can stretch beyond that estimate as traffic builds near both metro areas. Because your fare is flat, none of that costs you extra — a slower day affects only the clock, never the price. For tight connections, an early start commonly means the smoothest run, and we plan the pickup time around when you actually require to reach. If you desire a single brief stop along the way, build in a few extra minutes for it; otherwise the journey is a straight, continuous run with the same driver from your Orlando pickup to the hotel entrance.
The flat fare covers the full door-to-door drive with one dedicated vehicle and driver, all fuel, and every toll on the route — Florida Turnpike and I-4 tolls and SunPass are paid by us, so there is nothing to fumble at a booth. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, and the first child seat for a child under 5 is included.
A few situations carry an add-on, all confirmed up front so nothing is a surprise:
Three private tiers cover every party size on this route, and each is reserved solely for your group:
Payment is split and simple, all arranged before journey day:
The same operator runs more than one property across this county, and a single sub-brand word separates their titles. Put the complete name and the street number in your message. Sub-brand words are precisely the detail that falls away when a booking gets forwarded from one family member to the next before it reaches us.
Trips that start outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window carry a modest after-hours add-on, set when you book so the total is clear before you confirm.
Each passenger brings one checked bag plus one carry-on as typical, and the vehicles are sized so a full party rides with their gear. Hauling extra or oversized pieces after a long park stay? Message us on WhatsApp in advance and we confirm the room or move you up to a larger private van.
Yes — we set the pickup time around your schedule, including pre-dawn departures from your Orlando-region address. An early start is frequently the smoothest run of the day on Florida’s Turnpike. Departures before 7:00 AM fall outside daytime hours, so a small after-hours add-on applies, confirmed when you book.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the one flat price shown in the rates above. Two passengers or five in the SUV pay the same; the van tiers work the same way. There is no per-head charge and no surge, so the booking total never moves after you confirm.
One brief comfort stop is no problem on the 214.6-mile run — a restroom break, a snack, or a swift stretch. Just let your driver know and it is built into the journey at no change to the flat rate. The drive is otherwise a direct, continuous route with the same vehicle and driver throughout.
Your driver meets you at whatever Orlando-region address you offer us — a resort lobby, a vacation-home driveway, or the airport pickup point. Share the exact spot and your party size over WhatsApp and we coordinate the meeting details ahead of time, so on journey day the vehicle is waiting and the bags go straight in.
A more coordinated, premium service end to end — flat fare, named driver, one dedicated private driver for the entire Orlando-to-South-Florida drive — at a significantly lower total cost than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

A carrier sits most securely on the floor behind a front seat, where it cannot slide about, rather than balanced on somebody’s knees for the length of the state. Offer us its size when you book. A carrier takes up roughly the room of a case, and that is far easier to plan for in advance than to solve on a driveway with the doors open.

If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Only optional extras add to it — additional child seats, planned stops, the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
