From $600 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Casa Faena Hotel covers 237.3 miles (381.9 km) in about four hours, door to door in a chauffeured Black SUV or climate-controlled van, at a flat rate. Your bilingual chauffeur drives the full Florida’s Turnpike run south while you settle in and reach rested.
Each fare below is per vehicle for the whole group, locked at the moment you book — no surge, no change for traffic or demand.
A private chauffeured vehicle is the direct way to create this 237-mile run in one unbroken ride. We match your group to the right size: a Black SUV for up to five travelers, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to nine, or a larger Sprinter for ten to fourteen. Your driver meets you at the agreed Orlando-region address — a resort lobby, a vacation rental, or a private terminal — loads the luggage, and heads south on Florida’s Turnpike. The whole drive runs on one dedicated vehicle with one driver; there are no transfers, no waiting for a second car, and no other passengers sharing your space. Booking takes one message: send your pickup point, drop-off, date, time, and headcount by WhatsApp, and we confirm the vehicle and the flat fare. On journey day you simply climb in and let the chauffeur handle the road.
The flat rate is the headline difference: the fare we quote at booking is the fare you pay, with no surge for rush hour, demand, or a holiday weekend. Your chauffeur is bilingual — English plus Spanish or Portuguese — so questions, timing changes, and pickup details are easy to sort out on the spot. Families heading to or from the parks travel heavy, so luggage is part of the plan: every passenger gets one checked bag plus one carry-on, and oversized or extra bags are handled when you flag them ahead on WhatsApp. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, kept clean and climate-controlled, for the whole drive south. Communication stays direct and personal — you message a real person, not a queue — from the first quote through pickup. The result is a peaceful, private ride built around your schedule rather than a meter.
The drive runs about four hours door to door under normal off-peak conditions. Real-world timing shifts with when you leave: a mid-morning or early-afternoon departure tends to flow cleanest, while rush-hour windows, summer weekends, and main park-event days can add roughly thirty to sixty minutes. Holiday travel — Thanksgiving, the December stretch, spring break — runs heaviest, so we plan a little extra cushion into those pickups. Because the fare is fixed per vehicle, a slower-than-usual run never changes what you pay; traffic is our concern, not your bill. If your schedule is tight — an early flight, a dinner reservation, a check-in window — tell us the time you require to reach and we set the pickup backward from there. We watch live conditions and adjust the route as needed to keep you moving.
Yes. We run pickups as early as you need, including pre-dawn departures ahead of the park gates or an early flight. Daytime hours without a surcharge are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; a departure before 7 AM adds a small after-hours surcharge, set out below. Tell us your target time and we build the schedule around it.
Casa Faena Hotel sits in Miami Beach, a boutique stay within the wider Faena world of design-forward hospitality. The setting is classic South Florida: ocean-side energy, palm-lined streets, art-deco and Mediterranean-revival architecture, and a short walk to the sand. Pulling up after a long day of parks and packing, you step straight from the vehicle to the entrance with your bags carried to the door. You can read more about the property at Casa Faena Hotel, and explore the wider brand through the Faena collection. The neighborhood mixes relaxed beach mornings with lively evenings, dining, and culture, so whether you are checking in to unwind or heading back north after a stay, the door-to-door drop sets an easy tone for the rest of your journey.
The property sits along the Mid-Beach stretch of Miami Beach, within easy reach of the oceanfront, the Collins Avenue corridor, and the livelier blocks of South Beach down the barrier island. It is a walkable, beach-first pocket — sand on one side, restaurants and shops on the other — so most of what you want is close once your chauffeur drops you at the door.
The area leans into beach days, oceanfront dining, and South Florida’s art-and-design scene, with strolls along the sand and evenings out close by. After a packed run of theme parks, it is an easy place to slow down — pool, beach, a good dinner — or a polished base to explore Miami Beach before the drive back north.
The flat fare covers the full private drive from your Orlando-area pickup to the South Florida door, the dedicated vehicle, and your bilingual chauffeur for the entire run. It also covers the essentials that keep a long ride comfortable, listed below, so there are no add-ons quietly waiting at the end of the trip.
A few situations add to the base fare, always confirmed in advance so nothing is a surprise on trip day. Extra or oversized luggage may call for a larger van, an additional child seat carries a small fee, and departures outside daytime hours add the surcharge shown further down the page.
Payment is split simply and kept flexible.
The Black SUV is the default for up to five passengers with luggage — relaxing for a couple, a small family, or a few colleagues. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to nine passengers steps up the room for larger families and groups traveling with more bags. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for ten to fourteen passengers takes the whole party in one vehicle, so nobody splits off into a second car. Every tier is private and reserved for your group alone, climate-controlled, and driven by one bilingual chauffeur for the whole run. Tell us your headcount and rough bag count and we point you to the right size — or size up if the luggage calls for it.
A morning departure from Orlando often puts a group at the beach earlier than a room is released. If sitting in a lobby with your bags is not how you want to start, say so when you reserve: we can plan the last stretch around a stop you actually choose, so you step out of the car when you are ready to check in. Either way I unload at the hotel entrance rather than leaving you to drag suitcases from a side street.
Yes. We pick up at the agreed address on either end of the route — a resort, a vacation rental, or an airport terminal. Share the flight number when you book and the chauffeur tracks the arrival, then meets you for the drive between the Orlando region and South Florida. The flat per-vehicle fare covers the whole run.
Yes. If you land at a private aviation terminal or FBO, your chauffeur meets you at the FBO entrance and loads your bags for the drive. Share the terminal name and your tail or flight details when booking, and the Black SUV or van is staged and ready the moment you walk out.
Yes. Beyond the point-to-point drive, we offer a private hourly chauffeur with a five-hour minimum if you want a car and driver on call once you reach. The same bilingual chauffeur and private vehicle stay with you for dinners, errands, or moving around the region. Message us on WhatsApp for hourly availability and timing.
Each passenger travels with one checked bag plus one carry-on as typical, and the van tiers swallow far more. If you are hauling extra or oversized bags after a long park journey, send a quick WhatsApp note ahead and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger Sprinter. Nothing gets left behind.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the one flat rate shown above. Five passengers in the Black SUV pay the same as one. A round journey is simply double the one-way, booked together and held at the same rate. Departures before 7 AM or after 6 PM add the surcharge listed below.
Daytime pickups between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips that depart outside that window add a modest amount on top of the flat fare.

Before I pull away from the entrance I open the luggage area and count the bags out loud with whoever is closest — it is the simplest way to catch a piece that slid under a seat. Phones, chargers and sunglasses are the usual escapees, so give the seat pockets a look while I am unloading. If something does turn up afterwards, message the same WhatsApp thread; if I am still in the area I bring it back to the door, and if not we sort out getting it to you.
Send your pickup point, drop-off address, travel date, time, and passenger count by WhatsApp, and we confirm the right vehicle and the flat fare in one reply. Whether you are heading down to Casa Faena Hotel or starting the journey back toward the Orlando region, we will have a chauffeured vehicle staged and ready. Reach out today and lock in your transfer.

Transfers that start outside that area (Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, Orlando and beyond) are paid in full in advance. Hourly chauffeur bookings always have the 50% deposit option.
Yes — when the 50% deposit option applies, the remaining balance is paid directly to your driver on the day of service, in cash or by card. Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting for US$ 50 per 30 minutes (paid directly to the driver), but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

Unscheduled stops aren’t included in the base rate. Planned stops are welcome when you add them at booking (or arrange them with us in advance): each stop is priced by time at US$ 50 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum, then by the minute at that same rate.
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger, a child seat) can be changed until 12 hours before the ride, depending on availability — write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — additional child seats, planned stops, the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
