From $630 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Top Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura Hotel covers 219.1 miles (352.7 km) in about 3.5 hours by black SUV or climate-controlled van, at a flat rate. Your bilingual chauffeur drives the full Florida’s Turnpike corridor door to door, so you settle in and arrive rested — every bag, every passenger, and every toll already handled.
Each fare below is the full price for the private vehicle, covering every passenger, the luggage, tolls, and fuel for the whole drive.
Book one private vehicle and a single chauffeur handles the whole run from your Orlando-region pickup to the South Florida door. You select the size that fits your group: a black SUV for up to 5 travelers, or a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for 6 to 9 or 10 to 14. The chauffeur meets you at the agreed address — a resort lobby, a vacation rental, an airport curb — loads the luggage, and drives Florida’s Turnpike south, linking to I-95 for the eastern South Florida neighborhoods. One brief comfort stop for a restroom or a snack is easy to arrange mid-drive. No rental counter, no parking deck, no toll booths to fumble — you ride and the driver navigates the long highway run end to end.
Send the route, date, passenger count, and pickup time over WhatsApp, and you receive a flat quote and a confirmation. A 50% deposit locks the reservation; the rest is paid to the chauffeur on trip day. Last-minute changes to the pickup time reach your driver in a single message.
The chauffeur comes to wherever you are in the Orlando area — a hotel entrance, a private rental, or an airport terminal — and delivers you to the hotel entrance in South Florida, or the reverse. There is no meeting point to find and no transfer along the way; the same vehicle carries you the whole distance.
The fare locks the moment you book, so demand spikes, holiday traffic, and rush hour never change what you pay. Your chauffeur is bilingual — English plus Spanish or Portuguese — which keeps coordination simple for visiting families and international groups. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone; no other passengers are added and no driver swaps happen along the way. Luggage is part of the plan, not an afterthought: theme-park families journey heavy, and the chauffeur loads and unloads every bag at both ends. Booking and updates run through direct WhatsApp, so a delayed flight or a changed pickup time reaches your driver in one message. The result is a single, coordinated transfer to or from Orlando and Top Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura Hotel, handled by one professional from the first mile to the last.
Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are built into the flat rate, so the Turnpike and I-4 charges along the way never appear as add-ons. The price you confirm at booking is the price for the vehicle, covering the driver, the mileage, and the long highway run in full. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, so kids can stream and adults can stay connected across the three-and-a-half-hour drive. Small pets are welcome to journey with you when you mention them on WhatsApp ahead of time and bring a pet carrier. Child seats are available too: the first seat for a child under 5 rides free, and any extra seat carries a small fee confirmed when you book. Everything that makes the drive relaxing — the vehicle, the chauffeur, the route, the connectivity — is part of the one quoted fare.
A few items sit outside the base fare: each child seat beyond the first free one, departures outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window, and a heavy load of extra or oversized bags that needs a larger van. Each is confirmed in advance over WhatsApp, so there are no surprises on trip day.
Three private vehicle tiers cover groups from a couple to a large family reunion, each reserved for your party only with room for passengers and theme-park luggage together.
Plan on about 3.5 hours for the 219.1-mile drive when traffic is light. Most of the route runs down Florida’s Turnpike, a steady high-speed corridor that keeps the long haul predictable. Off-peak mornings and midday stretches usually hold close to that 3.5-hour mark. Rush hour around the metro areas, summer weekends, and large theme-park event days can add anywhere up to an hour as volume climbs. Even on the busiest days the chauffeur drives the full route without a transfer or a swap. The driver watches conditions in real time and adjusts the timing of departure or the route within the corridor to keep your arrival on track, which matters when a flight or a dinner reservation is waiting on the other end.
Major holidays, race weekends at the nearby track, and peak park season pull more cars onto the Turnpike, which can stretch the drive by up to an hour. The fix is an earlier pickup — share your hard deadline when you book and the chauffeur sets a departure with a comfortable buffer built in.
The Top Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura Hotel sits in Hallandale Beach, in the band of South Florida where Aventura, Hollywood, and the coastal communities blend together. The setting is classic South Florida: Atlantic beaches to the east, upscale shopping and dining in the Aventura direction, and a steady flow of cruise and resort travelers passing through. After a long drive from Orlando, the door-to-door drop means you step straight from the vehicle to the lobby with your luggage in hand. You can review rooms and rates for the Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura Hotel directly, or browse the Hallandale Beach listing for property details and amenities before you journey.
The hotel anchors the Hallandale Beach and Aventura corridor, a stretch known for malls, marinas, and oceanfront. To the south lie the Aventura and North Miami-Dade areas; to the north, the Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale direction. It makes a convenient base for beach days, shopping trips, and reaching South Florida’s airports and cruise ports.
Expect the staples that draw visitors to this part of South Florida: Atlantic beaches, large shopping centers in the Aventura direction, waterfront dining, and easy access to the wider Miami and Fort Lauderdale scenes. Many guests use the hotel as a launch point for a cruise or a beach getaway after their Orlando trip.
Payment is split so nothing is due all at once, and the methods are simple.
Chain hotels repeat their names across neighboring towns down here, and two properties from the same family can sit a short drive apart on similar roads. Copy the hotel’s full name and street address out of your reservation email into the booking message and there is nothing left to interpret.
When a hotel’s name carries two place names, as this one does, that address line is what settles which side of the boundary you are actually staying on.
Every passenger gets 1 checked bag plus 1 carry-on as standard, and the chauffeur loads and unloads it all. Traveling with extra or oversized bags? Send a swift WhatsApp note before the trip and we confirm the space or size up to a larger private van — so a heavy theme-park haul rides along comfortably.
Yes. Pre-dawn pickups are routine for travelers catching early flights or beating the park gates. Give the pickup time when you book and the chauffeur is at your Orlando-region door on schedule. Departures before 7:00 AM carry a small early-hours surcharge, but the same vehicle, route, and dedicated driver apply.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the one flat price shown above. Whether two travelers or a full van of fourteen, the rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, tolls, and fuel. A round trip is merely double the one-way, booked together at the same locked rate.
Yes. Numerous travelers start or end at an Orlando-region airport, and the chauffeur meets you curbside or at the agreed terminal door, then drives straight to the South Florida hotel. The same private SUV or van, flat fare, and door-to-door service apply whether your pickup is a resort, a rental, or an airport.
Coordination runs through direct WhatsApp. After booking you have a line to message your pickup details, a changed time, or a delayed flight, and the driver responds directly. On trip day you confirm the meeting point the same way, so there is no guessing about where the vehicle is waiting for your group.
Trips that start or end outside the daytime window of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry a small surcharge for the early or late hours.
A more coordinated, premium service end to end — flat fare, named driver, one dedicated private driver for the entire Orlando-to-South-Florida drive — at a significantly lower total cost than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

A late booking is not a problem in itself; what varies is which vehicle size is still free on your date. Send the date, the hour and the number of passengers and you will have a straight answer quickly, rather than a maybe you cannot plan around.
Holiday weeks are the exception — those fill first, so ask early even if the rest of the trip is still loose.
Send your route, journey date, passenger count, and pickup time, and we confirm the vehicle, the flat fare, and the schedule for your drive between Orlando and South Florida. Reserve early for holiday weekends and peak park season so the right vehicle is held for your group.

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.

Loved it. the booking chat was quick and clear, what’s more wifi worked, kids stayed busy on the way.
Worth it. Good price. Booked easy.
