From $600 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Angler’s Hotel Miami Beach covers 238.4 miles (383.7 km) in about 4.1 hours, with a flat rate in a chauffeured black SUV or climate-controlled van. Your bilingual driver runs the full Florida’s Turnpike corridor door to door, so you reach South Beach rested instead of worn out from the wheel.
Each price below is the full fare for the whole vehicle and your whole group, locked the moment you book.
The simplest way is one reserved vehicle that meets you at your Orlando-area address and drives straight to the hotel door. Pick the tier that fits your party: a black SUV for up to five travelers, a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to nine, or the larger van for ten to fourteen. After you message us your pickup point, passenger count, and journey time, we confirm the vehicle and a meeting plan. On the day, your chauffeur loads the bags, sets the climate control, and heads south on Florida’s Turnpike, the corridor that links the Orlando area to the Miami Beach coast. You stay in the same vehicle with the same driver for the whole ride, with a swift comfort stop available whenever you want one. To book, send the journey details over WhatsApp and we hold the date with a deposit.
One vehicle is reserved for your group alone, never combined with other passengers along the way. Your driver is bilingual, speaking English plus Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps every instruction and stop request clear from pickup to drop-off. The fare you see is locked at booking and does not move for traffic, weather, or demand, so the number quoted is the number you pay. The same chauffeur stays with you for the whole long drive south, handling navigation, tolls, and parking while you rest, watch the windows, or let the kids nap. Luggage is part of the plan, not an afterthought; the SUV and vans are sized to swallow the bags a theme-park family hauls. You reach a real person directly on WhatsApp before and during the journey, so changes to a pickup time or meeting spot are settled in a swift message rather than an app queue.
Plan on about 4.1 hours for the 238.4-mile run when traffic is light. Most of the route follows Florida’s Turnpike, a steady high-speed corridor that lets the miles pass without the stop-and-go of surface roads. Leave mid-morning on an ordinary weekday and the timing holds close to that figure. Friday afternoons, Sunday returns, and the days around major holidays or large park events tend to thicken the road, and that can stretch the journey by another thirty to sixty minutes. Your driver watches conditions and adjusts the departure or the line when it helps, but the flat fare never changes even if the clock does. If your group wants a restroom or snack break, that pause folds into the drive naturally. Tell us your target arrival time at the hotel and we work the pickup backward from there so you land in South Beach when you intend to.
Angler’s Hotel Miami Beach is a boutique South Beach property of low-rise villas, courtyards, and rooftop terraces a short walk from the Atlantic sand. Your driver pulls right up to the entrance, unloads the bags, and you step straight into the lobby instead of circling for parking after a long day on the road. The surrounding stretch of Miami Beach is dense with walkable cafés, oceanfront promenades, and the pastel Art Deco streets the neighborhood is known for. You can read more on the hotel’s own site, Angler’s Hotel Miami Beach, and learn about the setting through this South Beach guide.
The hotel sits in the South Beach section of Miami Beach, within easy reach of the oceanfront and the lively Collins and Washington Avenue corridors. The wider area blends quiet residential blocks with the beachfront energy that draws visitors, all a few minutes from the sand and the marina districts that edge the island.
Within a short stroll you have the beach itself, the Art Deco architecture, open-air dining, and the shops and nightlife that define South Beach. Families can swim and walk the promenade, while the broader Miami Beach area offers museums, parks, and waterfront views, all close enough that you rarely need a car once you arrive.
The quoted fare already covers the costs that commonly pile up on a long Florida drive. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are included across the Florida Turnpike and the connecting I-4 tolls, so nothing is fumbled at a booth. The vehicle is yours alone for the full door-to-door journey, with one chauffeur from pickup to drop-off. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which keeps phones and tablets connected for the kids on the way down. The climate-controlled cabin, luggage handling, and one optional comfort stop all sit inside the same flat price. You obtain the SUV or van sized to your group, loaded and ready at the agreed time, with a driver who knows the route.
A few add-ons sit outside the base fare. Child seats: the first seat for a child under five is free, and each additional seat carries a small fee confirmed when you book. Small pets are welcome with advance WhatsApp notice and a proper pet carrier. Extra or oversized bags beyond the standard allowance may need a quick heads-up so we confirm space.
The busiest spring weeks are the one time of year this island behaves differently. In recent years the city has put temporary traffic measures in place during that stretch, and what applies changes from season to season. If your dates land in it, look at the city’s own notices while you are still planning rather than the night before, and tell me what you locate — the arrival hour is easy to shape around it when we both know in advance.
Select by headcount and luggage, and every choice is private to your party.
Payment splits across two simple steps so the date is locked now and the rest is settled on the road.
Each passenger gets one checked bag plus one carry-on as the standard allowance, and the vans handle the bigger hauls a theme-park family carries. If you have extra or oversized bags, message us on WhatsApp before the trip and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger van.
The rate is per vehicle, not per person, so the figure in the price list covers your whole group for the one ride. A solo traveler and a full SUV of five pay the same SUV fare. Fitting more people in fewer vehicles is the simplest way to keep the cost per traveler low.
Yes, early departures are easy to arrange; just tell us the pickup time when you book. Daytime trips between 7 AM and 6 PM carry no surcharge, and pickups before 7 AM are available with a small after-hours charge. We build the timing around your schedule so the long drive starts exactly when you need.
One brief comfort stop on the long drive is fine and included in the flat fare. Whenever the group needs a restroom, a snack, or a chance to stretch, just ask the driver and the pause folds into the trip. The stop does not change your price or your reserved vehicle.
The flat van price shown in the rates above covers the entire group for the whole ride, with separate tiers for six-to-nine and ten-to-fourteen passengers. It is one fixed number per vehicle rather than a per-seat charge, and a round trip is simply double that one-way figure.
Trips that fall outside the daytime window of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry a small surcharge on top of the typical fare.

Once you are here, the city runs its own trolley service around the island at no charge, in loops that link the beach blocks with the shopping and dining streets. It is slow, air-conditioned and perfectly pleasant, and for most guests it replaces every short hop they thought they would need a car for. Between that and how walkable these blocks are, the vehicle stays parked.

A 50% deposit holds the date, and your bilingual chauffeur takes it from there, door to door. Message us on WhatsApp to lock in your private ride to or from Orlando and Angler’s Hotel Miami Beach.

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
