From $600 per vehicle — a private transfer to or from Orlando and Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa covers 237.7 miles (382.5 km) in about 4.1 hours via Florida’s Turnpike, with a flat rate in a chauffeured black SUV. One bilingual driver runs the whole door-to-door drive while your group rides rested.
Select the private vehicle that matches your group size — each rate below is per vehicle, covering everyone aboard.
Book one private vehicle and ride the full route with a single chauffeur. You select a black SUV for up to five travelers or a private Sprinter van for larger groups of six to fourteen. Your driver meets you at the agreed Orlando-region address — a resort lobby, a vacation rental, a private home — loads the luggage, and pulls out on schedule. From there it is one continuous drive to the Miami Beach door, with everyone settled into climate-controlled comfort. To reserve, message us on WhatsApp with your date, pickup spot, passenger count, and bag count; we confirm the vehicle and lock the fare. On trip day you simply settle in — child seats fitted, route planned — and arrive ready for the beach or the flight home. It is the simplest way to move a whole family and a week of gear across the state in one go.
Your group rides in one reserved private vehicle with a driver who speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese. The fare is fixed when you book, so traffic and demand never change what you pay. The same driver and the same vehicle stay with you for the whole long-distance run — no swap, no second car, and no other passengers sharing your space, because this is never a shared ride. Families traveling with strollers and a week of theme-park gear get a hand with the bags at both ends, so nobody wrestles suitcases at pickup or drop-off. You plan everything with a real person directly over WhatsApp instead of an app queue, confirming timing, vehicle size, and any unique requests before trip day. That direct line means a delayed flight or a shifted check-in time is a swift message away, not a scramble.
The drive runs about 4.1 hours from Orlando down to Miami Beach. That off-peak figure assumes a seamless roll along Florida’s Turnpike outside rush hours. Leave mid-morning on a normal weekday and 4.1 hours is realistic. Friday getaways, Sunday returns, holiday weekends, and large theme-park event days put more cars on the road, so budget closer to five hours and tell us your hard arrival time when you book. Your driver watches conditions in real time and adjusts the departure so a dinner reservation, a check-in window, or a flight stays comfortably within reach. Either way, a steady pace keeps the long drive simple on kids and grandparents alike, and you step out at the destination instead of behind a steering wheel after four hours of highway.
Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is an oceanfront retreat on the South Florida coast, trading the theme-park energy of Orlando for sand, surf, and a slower pace. Guests step from the lobby toward a pool deck, a full spa, and restaurants that lean into Miami’s bright, Latin-influenced flavors. The official Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa site lists rooms, suites, and on-site amenities, while the resort day pass covers pool and spa access for travelers who desire a beach day without an overnight stay. The surrounding Miami Beach district mixes Art Deco streets, beachfront promenades, and simple reach into the wider Miami region.
The resort sits within the Miami Beach barrier-island district, walking distance from the ocean and the famous beachfront walk. Just south you reach the Art Deco blocks and nightlife of South Beach; to the west, across the bay, lies mainland Miami with its museums, shopping, and dining. It is a compact, walkable stretch built for vacation.
Mornings start on the sand, with swimming, sunbathing, and a stroll along the promenade. Days fill with spa time, poolside lounging, café-hopping, and browsing the pastel Art Deco architecture. Evenings bring oceanfront dining, live music, and the energy of Miami Beach after dark. It is a complete change of pace from the Orlando parks you just left.
The flat fare covers far more than the seat — here is what comes with every booking and the few extras that can apply.
The flat rate covers the full door-to-door drive in your reserved private vehicle with a bilingual chauffeur. Tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel are all built into the fare, so there is nothing to fumble at a booth. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, keeping everyone connected for the whole ride south.
Parents sometimes stay on in Orlando while older kids head to the coast to meet family. I can carry them, and what I require is simple: the phone number of the adult paying, a number that actually rings in the car, and the name of whoever is receiving them at the other end. I message the parent when we leave and again when the bags are on the sidewalk, so the person who is not in the vehicle still knows exactly where it is.
Three private vehicle tiers cover everyone from a couple to a fourteen-seat group.
Payment is split and flexible — here is the whole picture at a glance.
Daytime pickups between 7 AM and 6 PM carry no surcharge; departures outside that window add a small amount on top of the fare.
Travelers heading to and from the parks ask us the same handful of things — here are the straight answers for this route, each reflecting how our private service actually runs the Orlando-to-Miami-Beach drive.
The black SUV holds five passengers plus a checked bag and a carry-on each; the Sprinter vans scale that up for groups of six to fourteen. Theme-park families with strollers and a week of gear fit comfortably. Have extra or oversized bags? Message us first and we confirm the space or move you to a larger van.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the one flat price shown in the prices section above. Five travelers in the SUV or twelve in a van pay the same rate as a solo rider would in that vehicle. Split the cost across the group and it lands low per head.
Yes. Pre-dawn departures are easy to arrange so you reach rope drop or an early flight on time. Pickups before 7 AM fall outside daytime hours and add the small night surcharge listed above; otherwise everything about the ride stays the same. Tell us your target arrival and we set the departure around it.
One brief comfort stop is built into the long drive — a restroom break, a coffee, or a chance to stretch — at no change to your fare. Just let your driver know when someone needs it. The route stays direct otherwise, so you reach Miami Beach without detours or other passenger pickups.
We run a private door-to-door transfer rather than any scheduled bus line. Instead of timing a public route and hauling bags between stops, your reserved SUV or van picks you up at your Orlando-area address and drives straight to the resort. One driver, one vehicle, no transfers, and no waiting at a stop with the kids and luggage.
Yes — we pick up at Orlando-area airports and addresses and drop you right at the Miami Beach door, or run the trip in reverse. Send your flight details on WhatsApp and the driver tracks the arrival, so a late landing still has a car ready. Either direction, you get the same dedicated vehicle and door-to-door service.
A more coordinated, premium service end to end — flat fare, named driver, one dedicated private driver for the entire Orlando-to-South-Florida drive — at a significantly lower total cost than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

The most common disagreement on a long Florida drive is not the route, it is the air conditioning. Somebody up front is relaxing while somebody in the back is wrapped in a hoodie. Say something the moment it bothers you instead of enduring it in silence. Adjusting the vents and the setting twice costs me nothing; a passenger quietly freezing for the whole run south costs everyone the comfort they paid for.
Lock your date and vehicle today. Message us with your pickup address, passenger count, bag count, and journey time, and we confirm the flat fare and the driver. Families, wedding parties, and corporate groups all book the same way — one message, one dedicated vehicle, and one chauffeur for the whole drive.

Yes. The payment required to confirm depends on the exact pickup area. Pickups at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and most Miami and Miami Beach addresses can be confirmed with a 50% deposit — or you can pay in full at checkout, whichever you prefer. Transfers that start outside that area (Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, Orlando and beyond) are paid in full in advance. Hourly chauffeur bookings always have the 50% deposit option.
Yes — when the 50% deposit option applies, the remaining balance is paid directly to your driver on the day of service, in cash or by card. We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting for US$ 50 per 30 minutes (paid directly to the driver), but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
Unscheduled stops aren’t included in the base rate. Planned stops are welcome when you add them at booking (or arrange them with us in advance): each stop is priced by time at US$ 50 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum, then by the minute at that same rate.
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger, a child seat) can be changed until 12 hours before the ride, depending on availability — write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — additional child seats, planned stops, the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
